During this private tour, starting from a minimum of 2 people, you'll embark on a 6-hour journey in a comfortable air-conditioned car to visit three esteemed Etna wineries, where you will learn about their wine production process. Renowned for its fertile soil nourished by the eruptions of Mount Etna, this Region is hailed as one of the world's finest for grape cultivation and wine production. You will visit three top Etna wineries. Wines of these wineries are on top lists of premium wine associations. You will have the opportunity to taste a variety of white, rosé, and red wines, complemented by fresh domestic food. Immerse yourself in the authentic Sicilian countryside ambiance as you savor each sip of wine.
All expenses, including food, beverages, and entrance fees, are covered in the tour price. Additionally, this tour is also available as a semi-private experience, accommodating up to 8 individuals.

What To Expect
Your personal tour leader will pick you up at your hotel/port and from there you will start your wonderful private journey through three Etna wineries. Driving through small authentic mountain villages, you will admire unforgettable views of Sicilian countryside full of oranges and lemon plantations, olives and almond trees, houses and old churches built of lava stone. Finally you will reach the first venue, welcomed by a sommelier who will explain you the wine production process. In here you will taste 3 Etna DOC wines paired with an assortment of small bites of local bread rolls filled with sun-dried tomatoes and olives.. Enjoying the panoramic view of Etna, you will drive to the second venue, another outstanding Etna winery, where, with a professional sommelier, you will taste 4 wines of the Region accompanied by a traditional “tagliere” of local products and pasta. You will continue the tour to the next venue, a winery with an authentic charm. Here you will taste 3 red and white wines accompanied by fresh domestic appetizers: locally produced cheeses, meat delicacies, olives, olive oil and fresh bread. After the tour, your guide will bring you back to your accommodation.

5.00We booked private tour with my wife and were very pleased with arrangements. Elena picked us up from our hotel just in time and drove us to three different wineries. Wine tastings were very well organised and we got to know what kind of wines there are in Etna region. I recommended booking this kind of tour if you want easy going day without hassle and without looking around different kind of wine tastings on your own.

We visited three beautiful wineries on the slopes of Mount Etna, and every stop offered outstanding wine, delicious food, and breathtaking views. What made the experience truly exceptional was our guide, Massimo. He was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about Sicily, teaching us about the history of the island, Mount Etna, and the unique winemaking traditions of the region. His enthusiasm and expertise brought every part of the tour to life. The scenery throughout the day was absolutely spectacular, and the combination of amazing wines, wonderful local cuisine, and fascinating history made for an unforgettable experience. If you’re visiting Sicily, this tour is a must-do. And if you can, be sure to ask for Massimo, he made an already fantastic tour truly extraordinary!

5.00Tour included 3 wineries, all presented a different experience. We were lucky enough to have Guiliano as our guide and driver. Provided us with historical knowledge of the Catania area and Sicily along the way and is an excellent driver. The food provided was excellent, especially the lunch at the second winery. Beautiful views from each of the stops. It is a stress free way to enjoy the Etna wineries. Bring a hat, sun screen and water. Highly recommend it.

His knowledge of the region, the history of Etna, and the local wine culture was incredible, but what really stood out was his passion and warmth. Marco made us feel completely taken care of the entire day. Every winery we visited was unique and beautifully selected, with amazing wines, stunning views, and delicious food. He shared so many fascinating stories and hidden gems that we never would have discovered on our own. The pace of the tour was perfect — relaxing, personal, and never rushed. Marco’s attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm made this one of the highlights of our trip to Sicily. If you are considering a wine tour on Mt. Etna, do yourself a favor and book with Marco. 5.00We had an exceptional winery tour with Bruno! He was a perfect guide to blend stories of Sicilian history during the drive to the wineries and the wineries themselves were smaller vineyards with exceptional wine. I would highly recommend to anyone interested in Etna wines.
