What To Expect
Praia Dona Ana
You will get a sea perspective from one of the most popular beaches of Lagos. Don't forget to make a photograph! Praia Dona Ana is in the area known as Costa D 'Oiro, name due to the yellow/golden color of the rocks that surround this beach and which is the largest among the several beaches of unique beauty, protected from the wind and calm and clear waters, located between the city port to the Ponta da Piedade lighthouse. The proximity of Lagos makes it popular in the summer. The rocks on the beach provide shade for visitors. The sea is calm and bathers usually swim to the base of the cliffs and sharp rocks that emerge from the water. History: The beach was named after the nun Ana, who lived in the nunnery of Lagos. During World War I, soldiers invaded the convent and murdered all the nuns, with the exception of D. Ana, who had access to a tunnel between the convent and the beach. D. Ana fled through the tunnel and was the only one who survived.
Praia do Camilo
Praia do Camilo is the most beautiful beach in the municipality of Lagos and is accessed through a wooden staircase. The cliff that borders the beach offers a fabulous panoramic view of the coastline between Lagos and Albufeira. This beach is divided by a huge rock formation that you can walk through an excavated tunnel, where you can see a large number of shells embedded in the rock. Take your time and enjoy the sea view of the most beautiful beach of Lagos and perhaps the of the world! Oh, and don't forget to make a photo!

5.00This was an excellent tour. It is one of the very few run by a local captain, Rui Pedro. The tour through the grottos and caves was amazing, with so much history provided by Captain Rui. I cannot recommend this tour enough!

5.00The #1 choice for an excursion on the coast. I strongly advise you, the captain is a place and he is a true artist in the art of driving his boat. Friendly he speaks well in French and is very knowledgeable.

5.00The tides were high and the waves were big, but Rui expertly brought us around and into caves. He gave history and names of area, and explained what we were seeing. Pointed out fun things and gave us many laughs.

5.00We loved our postponed outing for uncertain weather! Ruiz is very nice, gave us information in three languages, paid attention to waves for sensitive people, approached us as close as possible to the caves, allowed us to take beautiful photos! 5.00What a great company! Personal contact and held when it suited the weather to go sailing due to wind and waves. The captain is a very knowledgeable sailor, tells a lot about the area and is just a very nice guy! I would recommend it to anyone! Nice an hour or 2 boating, swimming and lots of viewing.

5.00Booked a private tour with my family on holiday, the captain was very kind and he contacted us beforehand about the weather and conditions at sea for that day. As we arrived we got picked up at the agreed pick-up point perfectly on time by the captain and his companion, after entering the boat we had a short introduction round where the captain told us all about the plans for the tour and off we went. The captain/guide drove the boat with easy and precision, paying attention to every little detail en making sure we were comfortable at all times. He gave us very much information in a fun way, he took the time at every sight so we would miss nothing. His English was very good, we understood him well and he had an answer for every question. After the tour was over we went back to the harbour were we said goodbye. We had a very good overall experience, would recommend!
