I used this service for our arrival to Singapore and had a great experience, so I also booked the departure from the hotel to the airport based on that. Two days before I was scheduled to leave, the driver contacted me to ask me details on my flight. This seemed odd as I provided all of this as part of the booking. However, I provided the details again and we agreed on a pickup time that would allow us to have time for our flight. The next day I received a WhatsApp message from the driver that he was at the hotel waiting on me. I panicked thinking that I gave him the wrong details. After reviewing our messages, I realized that I had indeed provided the correct instructions and the driver was a day early. I responded back that with the details of our conversation to which I received an apology and that the driver had text me in error. Ok, no worries that happens sometimes. On the day of our hotel departure to the airport, the driver arrived 30 minutes early and messaged me that he was at the hotel. He said I could head to the airport now or wait until our original agreed time. He'd just wait in the car outside the hotel until we were ready. I messaged him back about 5 mins later to say that we were fine to go to the airport now as I didn't want him to have to wait in the car for 30 minutes for us to come down. I also noted there was a read confirmation on the message which confirmed that he read it. When I arrived in the hotel lobby there was only one car waiting outside, so I walked out to confirm if this was my driver. As I approached the car, the driver looked at me, frowned, and waived me away. I held up my phone also to show him the messages that we were just sending to each other, and he continued to waive me away. He wouldn't even roll the window down to speak to me. So, I walked back inside the hotel lobby thinking I had the wrong car. The driver of this same car came running in behind me after a few seconds to apologize after now realizing I was the client that he was waiting on. So, I was upset and let him know this given he unfairly profiled me. He could have simply confirmed that I was the client he was waiting on, instead he chose to waive me away and not even roll the window down so I could confirm that he was the driver that had just messaged me. The drive to the airport was tense with the driver constantly trying to make conversation to atone, but after the treatment I received, I had no desire to talk. Just get me to the airport at this point. I'll look elsewhere for my transfer needs if I'm in Singapore again.

I am giving this company a 1 star because they NEVER respond back on emails/text messages. I had originally purchased this several months in advance. After purchasing it I realized that I needed to change my pickup time earlier by 30 minutes. I contacted them through the contact info on Viator 1 month in advance and received no answer. A week before I left on my trip I emailed them again. No response. When I arrived in Singapore I tried to contact them multiple times through whatsapp. No reply. I looked up their website and called the number provided and it had been disconnected. I emailed them through the email on their website and no answer. Finally, I contacted Viator and spoke with one of their support people and he indicated he would reach out to the vendor and make sure they picked me up at 5 am. The driver did show up at 5 am and he was very nice and the car was very comfortable so I hate giving them a 1 star because the service provided was very good. But the only way that I can think of getting this people to respond to communication from customers is to give them a 1 star. Very frustrating.
