Kiyo, our tour guide was extremely flexible, knowledgeable, and friendly. It was cloudy and raining on the day of our tour, so views of Mt. Fuji were not going to happen. Kiyo had several audibles lined up for us due to the inclement weather. We ended up doing a mix of old itinerary and a couple new things that worked perfectly with the weather and our schedule. The Shizuoka area is beautiful and full of fascinating history and culture. The driver was also very friendly and professional and the van was spacious and was able to comfortably accommodate us all. He had umbrellas for everyone, which was clutch because of the weather. I give this experience and the guide and the driver my highest recommendation. If we are ever back in Shizuoka, we will be using them again for more guided experiences. Arigatou Gozaimasu!
