I had a wonderful morning with Adrien, who is both very nice and experienced in photography! We explored the streets of the Chinese district of Saigon and wandered through several local markets. Adrien speaks Vietnamese, which facilitates exchanges with the merchants and residents of the neighborhood. After discussing street photography, he showed me several very useful settings on my camera. Discovering his shooting style (the elements he considers, the way he composes his photos, etc.) was also very interesting! This tour represents a certain cost, but it is worth the trip.

During our stay in Ho Chi Minh City we had the chance to be accompanied by Adrien Jean, an exceptional photo guide, who allowed us to discover part of District 4 through his tour “Step into Saigon Unseen”. With patience and passion, he learned about our levels in photography, shared his vision of street photography and telling stories in pictures. He helped us compose beautiful images with our camera and phone, play with Saigonese light and capture the soul of the neighborhood. Beyond technique, he shared his love for the city, his anecdotes, his artist’s gaze, making this exploration as enriching humanly as it is photographically. Thanks to him, we discovered the vibrant heart of the city: its bustling alleyways, its old buildings full of character, its hidden cafes and those scenes of daily life that would never have been noticed alone. We keep an excellent memory of this outing, made of encounters, colors, and little authentic moments. A huge thank you to him for his professionalism, kindness and ability to reveal the hidden beauty of Saigon. An experience that we recommend to all travelers passionate about images and places off tourist trails.

Absolutely fantastic tour. I met Adrien in a coffee shop in the center perfectly on time. He showed me very interesting locations (markets without tourists, small alleys, old houses & temples) which I would never ever found on my own. Also he gave me some really helpful tips on street photography. Unfortunately he was fully booked already for the rest of the week ... I would have booked another tour .... Thanks for a great morning!

Wake up at dawn to find Adrien in a small cafe. Even before the first photo, it offers 2-3 settings on my camera that allow me to adapt fairly easily to different brightnesses. It helped me during the 4 hours with him ... then during the rest of my trip, it's great! There is clearly a before and after in terms of photography Immersion in a neighborhood market, shots from buildings, meeting with locals; the experience is very interesting and enriching. Adrien takes every opportunity to transmit a new shooting technique, ideas for composition, a game with ambient light. This morning was a fantastic experience but also a beautiful meeting with Adrien. If you are visiting Saigon, do not hesitate to contact him for one of his many photo tours.

We found Adrien at dawn for a walk in neighborhood 10 and then in Chinatown! Objective (no bad pun intended): reclaim my digital reflex, let our creativity speak, learn to better choose the angle of our photos to give them more impact, and discover Saigon in the footsteps of a local! And successful challenge with this 4h walk (Adrien was not miserly of his time), at our own pace, and that we did not see pass! We loved sharing this moment with Adrien, we had the impression to walk with a friend, and especially we made beautiful photos! It made us want to go out more often with our cameras, once back home, to do street photography! We recommend +++ this photo tour: the best way to discover Saigon, which is a city that lives more than it can be visited! Thank you Adrien!

We took part in a street photography workshop with Adrien and it was a fantastic experience! Adrien was very kind, approachable, and passionate — he shared lots of useful tips to help us improve our photos and better understand this style of photography. He picked us up early in the morning directly from our hotel, so we could take advantage of the beautiful early light for some really atmospheric shots. Later, we visited the local market, where we had the chance to photograph local people in an authentic and respectful way. Adrien was also very helpful after the workshop, taking the time to review our photos and give us further advice. I absolutely recommend this experience, and if I return to Ho Chi Minh City, I’ll definitely contact him again for another photo session!

Adrien's technical knowledge of photography combined with his passion and enthusiasm for Ho Chi Min City, and its inhabitants, made for a wonderful photography tour. He took us to places that are well off the tourist path and guided us through different photography techniques. We are delighted with the photos we captured, both on the tour and implementing what he taught us over the rest of our trip. Thank you for a lovely experience - we highly recommend this tour.
