Enjoy lunch in a local restaurant (own expense) and admire sweeping views over the beach. Visit the Normandy American Cemetery and Memorial in Colleville-sur-Mer with your private guide and learn of the many Allied soldiers who laid down their lives in battle. Next, head to Longues-sur-Mer to see the batteries the Germans used to protect the coast from the Allies. Knowledgeable tour guide. Saw many sights. Wish we’d had more time at the American Cemetery though. Overall, a good experience.

What a fantastic tour- extremely informative and very moving. Igor's knowledge of everything Normandy is beyond impressive. From the D-Day battles to the geography/cuisine was amazing. As we drove to/from each site, Igor had videos playing in the car which provided additional historical details. I don't belive there was a question the 4 of asked during the entire day which Igor could not answer with great information. The next day's tour to Mont Saint-Michel was magical. Igor not only had unbelievable information, but knew every alley to avoid the crowds at Mont Saint-Michel. Finished the day at St Malo which capped the tour at a wonderful town/city, with dinner at a fantastic seafood restaurant. Need a tour- Igor is the answer!

Our family visited Normandy specifically to see the D-Day sites as my grandfather was there in WWII with the 82nd Airborne. Igor was great at communicating before the trip, recommended a breakfast spot in Bayeux before he picked us up, then took us all over for the day. He was very knowledgeable, had so many photos and videos to go along with his information, and clearly has been doing this for a while. It was a really great day. I can't recommend it enough.

Igor Rosen was a very knowledgeable guide, even though I was familiar with most of the history of D Day, seeing it with an expert in person was incredibly moving. Igor took us to many of the important sites, and gave us many in sights into the battle.

Igor brought us right into the battle with his history and knowledge of WW 2. My father landed on Utah beach at 10:30 in the morning. Igor personalized that day for us. He was very revenant of the Americans who fought that day for freedom. Thank you Igor. A trip we’ll never forget. Jim Finger

Our trip totally exceeded our expectations. Igor Rosen totally personalized our experience. My Uncle was a member of the 101st Airborne Division and had jumped into Normandy on D-Day. Igor took us to where his unit could have been, and included a simulated flight on the type of plane he would have jumped from. It was a one day tour, but it was incredibly well planned and we were totally pleased.

guide was a very nice person and accommodating. He was weak on facts and in some cases incorrect.

Igor was very knowledgeable and professional. Could have spent more time at American Cemetery welcome center and would have liked to have gone to monument on Omaha Beach -- weather was cold and bleak -- he couldn't help that -- we still saw A LOT!!
