How the Service Works 1. Reservation Confirmation Once your reservation is completed, you will receive an instant confirmation email with your booking details. To ensure a smooth pickup experience, please provide: Airline name Flight number Arrival date and time Accommodation name in El Paredón 2. Flight Monitoring Your operations team continuously monitors your flight status. If your flight arrives early or is delayed, your pickup time will be adjusted accordingly at no additional cost. 3. Arrival at Guatemala Airport (GUA) After landing at La Aurora International Airport (GUA), proceed through: Immigration Baggage claim Customs inspection Once you exit the arrivals area, your driver will be waiting at the designated meeting point with a sign displaying the lead traveler's name. 4. Meet & Greet Service Your professional driver will: Welcome you upon arrival Assist with luggage when needed Confirm your destination Escort you to your vehicle If you experience any delays inside the airport, you may contact your operations team using the phone number provided in your booking confirmation. 5. Vehicle Departure After boarding the vehicle, your driver will begin the journey directly to El Paredón Beach.
