What To Expect
Please note that you will find your driver at the exit, holding a sign with your name on it. Should you have difficulty finding our driver please give me a call through Whatsapp (Wifi is available at the Airport) Waiting Time Policy – Airport Transfers • Arrival Transfers: The maximum waiting time is 45 minutes after the scheduled flight landing time, allowing time for passport control and luggage collection. • Departure Transfers: The maximum waiting time is 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time at the hotel or accommodation. If the traveler does not arrive or make contact within the applicable waiting time, the service will be considered a no-show, as the driver may have other scheduled services.

5.00Quick and punctual pickup, with drivers on time. The cars were clean and very comfortable. Both drivers for our rides were super pleasant, responsive, and kind, which made the experience even more reassuring. It was a night ride, and being just two girls, we felt completely safe, especially thanks to the security camera option, which is not always seen in Morocco. A very nice discovery, I highly recommend it. I will now book all my transfers with them without hesitation.
