What To Expect
When you book with us, you will receive confirmation by email. Upon your arrival at Sangster International Airport, our driver will be waiting for you in the passenger arrivals area, displaying the lead passenger's full name. You will then be driven to the hotel or resort in one of our fully air-conditioned cars.

5.00I cannot begin to say enough positive things to sum up our experiences. Desmond not only provided our transportation to and from the airport but also 3 separate off resort excursions. Desmond is a wealth of knowledge and makes the ride very enjoyable. He was able to suggest great excursions that met our needs and while providing a great time in Jamaica with various views and experiences. Desmond made sure we were taken care of every step of the way and was super communicative. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and book w him again!!!!

5.00We highly recommend Desmond as a transportation resource in Jamaica. He was punctual, courteous, and willing to share his knowledge of Jamaica. We felt very safe driving with him. He was our driver to and from the airport as well as for excursions to the Blue Hole and Dunns River Falls. He took us to a local Jamaican restaurant for lunch so we could try local patties, and he made a stop at a local store for some souvenirs that weren’t overpriced. He was extremely kind and friendly and we would definitely use him again.
We had a private transfer to and from resort, also spent the day on a private excursion day. All was excellent!

5.00My friends hired this company for a private transfer from the MBJ airport to our resort and it was great! A lady met us right outside the exit with a sign with my friend's name. Desmond quickly arrived and had yummy beverages on hand. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and willing to stop anywhere we needed along the way. He was so great that a couple of days later, my friend and I booked him for a private shopping trip. Desmond even came in with us and told them to treat us well and give us good deals! Five stars all the way and will definitely be using this company again when I return to Jamaica in November with my boyfriend. 😊

5.005 stars, 100% recommended. Our driver Desmond was a superstar, providing us a ride to/from Montego Bay Airport to Bahia Principe, as well as an excursion to Blue Hole and the Bob Marley Mosoleum. We had a great time, Desmond gave us a lot of history of the island, very interesting. We are seasoned travellers from eastern Canada but this was our first trip to Jamaica. I would highly recommend Eternal Tours (Desmond specifically) to anyone traveling to Jamaica.

5.00Desmond Sr was a delight, he provided comfort, drinks including water, juice, rumpunch and entertainment. His other staff Desmond Jr and Winston were also very nice and delightful . They took good care of us and we felt safe. I would add to the experience, talk more of the areas we drive through. My Goddaughter has been using Jamaica Eternal Tours for many years. This was our first time using them and we will use them again when returning to Jamaica 🇯🇲

5.00We had a group of 14 ladies, and they got all of us to and from the hotel seamlessly, even took us to the lagoon without any issues! The service was reliable, friendly, and professional. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for group transportation!
