If you have your own vehicle, you can park for free out at the Nomad Safaris Quad Bike Pick Up Location - 420 Tucker Beach Road (Tucker Beach Recreational Reserve), Queenstown. The car park is located very close to our quad base, and if you have your own vehicle you can park it there at your own risk and we can pick you up on the way through. Quad biking is a physically demanding activity which requires a degree of physical strength and people of smaller stature/slight build are at greater risk of accident. Guides are trained to recognise potential safety concerns, including rider size and strength. This may restrict participation based on known risk factors.
Before the tour departs, all guests receive a safety briefing and basic quad bike training. If, during this training session, our guides assess that a rider is not competent or confident enough to safely operate the bike, they will not be allowed to continue riding on the tour. In some cases, guests may be offered the option to ride pillion (as a passenger) on a guide’s bike.
A valid credit/debit card is required when you check in, otherwise you can not participate in the trip and there will be no refund. In the event of an accident, we may charge up to $2,500 to cover any damage, repairs or insurance excess.

Ben our guide was very friendly and obliging. I was worried this trip would be dumbed down and lame. I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed every minute.

Take every piece of equipment they offer - boots (make sure no holes), rubber pants, neck gator, gloves, helmet, googles. If you are uncomfortable on the practice track DO NOT drive by yourself or better yet don’t go at all. Definitely for fun adventurers not the faint of heart. Matt and Nico were great.

What a way to see Queenstown and cap off our time here. We’ve done quad bike tours before and this was by far the best. Matt and Dan were our guides and and they were awesome. Hot coffee and banana bread at the top with breathtaking views. A must do! Highly recommended

Dan and Phoebe were amazing guides! Great attitudes, easy to talk with, kind, and very informative as we stopped during our quad journey. The trails were spectacular, the views were even better, and to rest at the top for coffee and a chat, was super cool. I'll always remember this trip, and hope to do it again some day!
