I had booked Rathombore safari through Viator on the evening before I wanted to go. No issues with booking etc was all spot on really happy with booking the safari & the driver called Raees Khan for Namaste tours who was brilliant too. Unfortunately the Rathombore safari wasnt worth it, I didn't see no tigers, which I'm fully aware its not guaranteed. The driver of the Canter drove about 1 & 1/2 miles into the safari & stopped for 20 minutes where there was a chain blocking the track so couldn't continue further. then returned back to pick up point. I felt disappointed with the Rathombore safari as felt it was not worth the price Thank you

Long drive to & from the park, then shuttled onto an open air bus for a ride through the park. Tiger sightings aren't guaranteed, of course, but the guide didn't speak much English and there was little to no instruction given on the park, the wildlife, etc. A 12 hour day with not much of interest.

Nadim was our amazing taxi driver. He was on time to pick us up from our hotel. He was nice and talkative. Also, he asked us if we needed anything and offered us masala tea. He was helpful the whole tour, making our trip really comfortable. The 3 -4 hour drive to Rathambore National Park was really smooth and fine. I believe this is a comfortable one day tour to do from Jaipur and if you wanna have the chance to go to the park and see many animals.

It’s a long day trip but Nadeem was a great driver. So many weddings on the way back! Did not manage to see a tiger but there were other critters to see at the park. Bring a hat! The safari vehicles are open topped.

Vakin was a great driver and made me feel really comfortable as a solo traveller! He drove me from Jaipur to Ranthambore and then back again the next day after my tiger safari! He was very nice and talkative but not too pushy so the ride was enjoyable

The driver was early picking us up and had a clean and comfortable car. We drove approximately 3 hours from the city of Jaipur to Ranthambore National Park. Prior to arriving at the park, we had lunch and had access to different tourist shops — bring cash as card is not accepted! For the park itself, be sure to bring a hat and wear ample sunscreen as none of the safari vehicles have tops. Seeing a tiger is random, but there are ten zones in the park and the zones that are best to see tigers are zones 2, 5, and 10. We did have to do a lot of driving back and forth but fortunately the guides communicate with one another regarding where a tiger was last spotted. If you have time beyond a day trip, I would recommend staying in a lodge and going at either dawn or dusk because that is when tigers are most active. Those with professional cameras of course had better photos, and fortunately our fellow passengers were willing to share. At the conclusion of our time in the National Park, we had access to a clean bathroom and the option to go to local gift shops before going back to Jaipur. In particular, the art school has beautiful paintings of all sizes. If you can only do a day trip, I absolutely recommend this tour.

Great pre-pickup help and everything for the journey worked perfectly, arriving at our tiger safari pickup point in good time. Safari was exceptional and we had the good fortune to have a very close view of a tiger as well as eagles, owls, warthogs, monkeys and many deer. Even though we were late back from the safari following time with the tiger, that was no issue. Naveen was particularly helpful with my disabled wife and made sure everything worked well for her needs. Felt totally safe and secure on the return trip (complex roads, in my opinion at night) to our Jaipur hotel Highly recommended.

We visited Ranthambore Tiger Reserve on a round trip from Jaipur. We were so pleased with the taxi service who kindly called us before pick up, was flexible with timings and dropped us off at the right place in really good time. We were lucky enough to see three tigers right at the end of our safari and driving back as the sun was setting was a dream. We were delayed coming back but our taxi driver was patient and flexible as ever. If you're in Jaipur and want to get into nature then I would definitely reccommend this service!

We booked as 2 persons but we did the transfer with other people in the same tour group. The guide and drivers turned up late and didnt come to collect us from the hotel but went for a tea instead. We left late and then when we got to the 'lunch stop' we were told it was a 1 hour journey to the pickup point and they wouldnt wait for us. We ended up leaving without eating lunch and had a hairy journey being driven at full speed to make the meet. We had been ready at the time indicated but we could have left earlier if requested, this was bad organisation. The quality of the vehicle was poor and the seatbelt didnt work which was an issue as the driving was scarey. We didnt see any tigers but I cannot blame the tour company for that. After the tour we had to insist that we had something to eat as we had had no lunch and it was a 4 hour journey back to Jaipur with no prospect of dinner at the hotel. The itinary lists a 'hi tea' and this was described as a cup of tea or coffee which is not the English definition of a hi tea.

Sam was a very friendly and reliable driver! We felt very safe and definitely recommend booking him. The Safari itself was an awesome experience as well. Our guide and the driver put a lot of effort in the tour so we were lucky enough to see not only the tigers but also crocodiles and a lot of other animals as well.
