Andrea Jensen is a unique sailing experience with British crew. An 86 year old, Danish sailing ship, with a traditional gaff rig, one of a kind in Sardinia. During the day cruise, you will join a very small group of guests who will share this once in a life time experience. The tour offers quality and service, the best boat trip in Alghero by far. Sail from port and explore the stunning coast to Capo Caccia, along the infamous Coral Riviera and stop in Porto Conte Bay. Take in the beautiful scenery, whilst relaxing on board, chatting to new friends or just chill on deck.
Freshly prepared lunch on board. During a 2 hr stop, there is an opportunity for swimming and snorkeling in a beautiful, secluded bay, with breath taking, crystal clear water. Enjoy our selection of local wines or beer (soft drinks and water are also available). All inclusive.
In the afternoon, you can help to raise the sails for a gentle sail back to Port. Fun, sun and sailing. Dolphins may join us if you are lucky!

Sightseeing, aboard our spacious, friendly ship, around the coast of Alghero's Coral Riviera. Exclusive hire is possible, just contact us about this. Fresh air and a worry free trip with a professional crew. Includes two course freshly prepared lunch, plenty of local wines and beer. Relax in your own deck space (20m open deck), away from overcrowded beaches. Swimming and snorkeling (equipment available free) in a spectacular bay. Raise the infamous, red sails to enjoy our spectacular gaff ketch at her best, sailing out on the open waters of the Mediterranean. You can get involved, there is something for everyone on this magnificent day trip for you and your family. No need to bring anything just a smile and a towel. Sunscreen and a hat advised. Chilled, bottled water available on board all day. Sightseeing, swimming, snorkelling, relaxing, jumping into crystal clear waters, sailing and sunbathing. 5.00We are happy that we had the opportunity to go in this trip. We went on Sunday 21st of June. We liked the boat, it doesn’t “show her age” at all!! The crew was fantastic! Colin, Rachel and Tilda, if you read our review, thank you a lot for the wonderful day! Rachel gave us many details along the trip, Colin as well, he answered to our questions about the boat, and Tilda was there for us, helping with anything we might need! We were 12 in the trip, a mixed group of tourists which enjoyed every moment! Colin was the chef cook - a little worried if he would reach the expectations of the Italian tourists - but he was really good!! We had also the opportunity to see a couple of dolphins, when sailing in return to Alghero! If you are in Alghero in July 2026, do not miss this trip!! Afterwards, they plan to move back to Scotland.
Recommend this trip for a cool, refreshing time on the sea.

5.00great experience, even for those that have never been on a sailboat before. The crew was equally charming with adults, and children. So very welcoming. They pointed out important sights on the trip. Powered out, only able to sail part way wack due to lack of wind. It was nice to see the sails go up. Food was just fine. Snorkel area was very pleasant, grasses on the sea floor, small fish here and there.
Hoist the main sail, cruise; swim & eat not a better way to spend a day

5.00What a fantastic day we have had today I didn’t want to end!! Rachael, Colin & Tilda were so welcoming and friendly. Fabulous lunch spot with tasty food.They kept us well hydrated . Swimming was mint. We actually helped raise the sails on our way back which was a new experience and loved it. Made new friends too, Alma and Ruth . Cannot recommend this trip enough!!!!! 5.00What an amazing day sailing with Andrea Jensen. Everything was just perfect, the weather, the wind, the boat, the food, and the crew. The views were absolutely stunning and the water around Sardinia is unbelievably beautiful. This was honestly one of the best experiences of our trip. Seeing dolphins swimming alongside us was the perfect surprise. One of those experiences that you'll remember long after your trip is over, If you're in Sardinia this year dont miss it. We were told it's their last year in Alghero, which makes me even happier we got to experience it. Thanks Rachel, Colin and Tilda.

5.00I can’t say enough about our excursion and the hospitality of the owners of this beautiful sailboat. Not only did nature gift us a beautiful day, Rachel and Colin provided every possible amenity one could ask for. Fabulous food, the opportunity to participate in sailing this gorgeous vessel, and genuine enthusiasm for the beauty of Sardinia and its gorgeous waters.

5.00Incredibly fun and relaxing time on the Andrea Jensen. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The food and drink on board were also delicious. Would definitely recommend this trip to anyone visiting Alghero.
