Discover Santiago as a family with 2 days of unlimited access to the city’s only Hop-On Hop-Off Bus and two experiences at Cerro San Cristobal.
The pass includes the Live the Park, with access to the Cable Car, Funicular and Panoramic Buses in Santiago Metropolitan Park. And the Aventura Pass, with access to Parque Aventura Outdoor — canopy, climbing, suspension bridge and empty jump — Parque Aventura Kids, Mini Golf and EJump.
The Hop-On Hop-Off Bus travels 10 stops with the main attractions of the city. Up and down as many times as you want for 2 consecutive days.
*Bus : 9 : 30 to 18 : 00 hrs, board before 16 : 00 hrs. Cerro San Cristobal : Tuesday to Sunday. Outdoor Adventure : Saturdays and Sundays, minimum height 1.45 m. Mini Golf, Kids and EJump : Tuesday to Sunday. Live the Park and Adventure Pass can be used on different days.

Bicentennial Park : A 27 hectare green lung with lagoons where swans, flamingos and herons inhabit. Perfect for walking, lounging and taking panoramic pictures of the city.
Santiago Cable Car : Only 5 minutes walk from the stop. Includes ticket to climb San Cristobal Hill and admire Santiago at 360°. One of the most iconic views of the city.
Funicular Santiago : Declared a Historical Monument, connects Bellavista with the top of San Cristobal Hill. The Gothic entrance and the funicular tour are part of a must-see classic of Santiago.
Plaza de Armas : The historic heart of the city, surrounded by colonial buildings such as the Metropolitan Cathedral and the Central Mail. An ideal walk to know the origin of Santiago.
Palacio de la Moneda: Headquarters of the Government of Chile. A historic space that shows the institutional and republican side of the capital.
Cerro Santa Lucia: An urban park full of history since the founding of Santiago. Its terraces, fountains and viewpoints offer one of the most traditional postcards in the city. Nearby you will find the Barrio Lastarria, with cafes, restaurants and cultural life.
Plaza la Aviación : Famous for its monumental fountain and surrounded by green areas by the Mapocho River. Excellent place to walk and enjoy the atmosphere of Providencia, with cafes and bars nearby.
Mall Costanera Center : The largest mall in South America, next to the tallest tower in the region: Sky Costanera, with 360° views of Santiago. A key stop for those who want to combine shopping and spectacular panoramas.
Las Condes Interactive Museum: Located in the elegant El Golf neighborhood, surrounded by cafes, restaurants and modern architecture. The museum offers audiovisual experiences and interactive activities, perfect for families.

1.00Unfortunately, my experience with this City Tour was extremely frustrating and made me miss an entire day of my trip to Chile. I want to make it clear that the service at the time of the sale was polite. The problem was not the vendor's cordiality, but rather the lack of guidance on how the service actually works. We bought the ride for five people and at no time were informed that there was an app that showed the locations of the stops and the bus. Nor did we get a map or clear instructions on how to find the landing points. We chose to start the tour using the funicular to climb up to the region of the Statue of the Virgin and then we descended by cable car. When we get down there, we ask where we should wait for the bus and follow exactly the directions we get. We waited and the bus never passed. After that, other people gave us different information, causing us to go looking for the right point. As tourists in a country we didn’t know, we spent hours trying to figure out where to board. We lost precious time on our journey simply because there was no clear guidance on how the service would operate. Only on my own initiative I was able to find the company's WhatsApp and ask for help. Even so, the guidance received was wrong. We sent our location and were directed to cross the street. When I crossed, I was in doubt and sent a photo asking if the right spot wasn’t exactly where I was before. The answer was yes. That is, even through the official service channel we received information that further increased the confusion and delay. In the end, by our merit and asking for other people on the street, we managed to locate the right point. However, we had already wasted hours of our only day available for this tour. In practice, we ended up doing only the funicular and the cable car, not being able to take advantage of the City Tour as planned. I contacted the company explaining the whole situation and requested the refund. The answer was that they analyzed cameras and concluded that there was attention at the time of the sale. I never questioned whether we were taken care of. What I questioned was that we did not receive the information necessary to use the service correctly. These are completely different things. They also stated that there was still time to use the tour, ignoring that we spent much of the day trying to find the right place for lack of guidance and contradictory information, including the company’s own WhatsApp. Alternatively, they offered to extend the tickets for one year. However, we are Brazilian tourists, we were returning to Brazil and we have no forecast to return to Chile during this period. In practice, this solution does not resolve the damage suffered. What disappointed me most was not just the loss of money, but the lack of empathy and responsibility for what happened. At no time did I feel that the company really understood the disorder caused or sought a fair solution. I leave this report so that other tourists know that it is essential to ask for all possible guidance before starting the tour, request a map and confirm exactly where the boarding points are located. Unfortunately, this experience turned a day of leisure into hours of stress and frustration.
