The Indian Reservation could be very muddy during the rain season
Hiking inside the river is more manageable with trekking shoes. Since rain can occur anytime in a tropical country like Brazil, please bring rain clothes.
It's a long day so that you can bring snacks. We have a cooler bag. You can also buy some sandwiches on the way.
Don't forget to bring your insect repellent for your peace of mind.

What To Expect
Sao Paulo
After morning pickup from your hotel, travel towards the city of Guaruja. This driving tour to the Indian reserve takes around 2.5 hours. It has incredible views of the mountains that surrounded the area, the beaches, and the rain forest — driving towards Rio de Janeiro through a coast road that starts in the south of Brazil and reaches the north of the country.
