Our guide Dale knows Chinatown well and had lots of interesting stories to tell along the way, but he also knows delicious food which made this tour really enjoyable. We ate absolutely everything and loved every minute of the tour. Highly recommended!

Very nice! We started with a full Dim Sum lunch, could have ended at that point. Robert was our guide, and a resident of the neighborhood. We visited the Fortune Cookie Factory, a boba tea spot, a restaurant with (our guide’s opinion) the best Peking Duck and most delicious green beans. Finished with an informative tea tea tasting (very educational) and a stop at a bakery where we were served a delicious mango moochi. Highly recommend.

Seven of my friends, where most of us have lived in San Francisco at one time in our life, had so much fun and learned so much about Chinatown! Ginger was an excellent guide and teacher! The meals we had were eclectic and delicious. The dim sum and Peking Duck were standouts. We all had an excellent time and highly recommend this tour.

I had my sister and her wife in town, and my adult children visiting too, so a food tour sounded like a fun option for us! I’d been to Chinatown many times but never understood it like this, or tried so many unique dishes in one day. Our guide Marcy made the trip fun and kept things moving at a good pace - I especially liked her visual storytelling style. Take this tour even if you have been coming to Chinatown your whole life. :-)

Great Experience! Robin was knowledgeable, careful with us on an unusually hot day, and explained so many San Francisco Chinatown "secrets" . It was a foodie & a history tour. Would do again on our next visit.

Amazing food tour with a touch of history. So much more food than I was expecting. Absolutely the best way to experience Chinatown for an incredibly reasonable price. Robin was our guide and she is awesome!

I’d been to Chinatown - but now I feel like I really see it and have a new appreciation. We ate some delicious and very plentiful Dim Sum to start and learned about its Silk Road roots, and then saw the fortune cookie factory, had the best fruit tea of my life, learned all about the history of the neighborhood before and after the 1906 Earthquake, and saw where the famous tong wars happened. My favorite part was climbing up to a Taoist temple - I was glad that they told us how to be respectful there. After some duck, epic green beans, and noodles, the tea and dessert was a great way to round it out.
