5.00We had an excellent experience with 71ASIA Tours Shanghai for our airport transfer. Communication before our arrival was outstanding, with prompt and helpful messages that made everything easy and stress-free. Our driver was incredibly friendly, professional, and patient. When our stroller was delayed by the airline, he waited for us without any pressure and made us feel completely at ease after a long travel day. The drive to our hotel was safe and comfortable, and the driver went above and beyond to help us with a special surprise for our daughter. I asked him to let us know when we were just a few minutes away from the hotel so she could close her eyes before seeing it for the first time, and he happily helped make that moment extra special. We truly appreciated the excellent service, kindness, and professionalism. I would not hesitate to use this company again and highly recommend them to anyone visiting Shanghai. Thank you for helping start our trip on such a wonderful note!
