What To Expect
If you wish to feel deep emotions of Tuscany region and Siena, you need to enjoy the traditional culinary. Best way to enjoy is how to cook this traditional dishes and emerge in the most amazing breathtaking atmosphere of the tuscany and chianti region in a tradional farmhouse. You will improve your cooking skills by learning the traditional italian pasta with a professional italian chef and various types of bruschetta or crostini with fresh and original ingredients. The cooking class will help you bring the beauty and charm of tuscany in your own houeses once learned these traditional food. And at the end with a traditional tiramisu , typical italian dessert and a chianti wine. 5.00Chef Simone was a wonderful host and teacher, he put us all at ease with his kindness and good humour. We made delicious ravioli and tiramisu from scratch and feel confident thanks to his tips and guidance that we could make it again when we return home. This was a real highlight of our trip and we would highly recommend. The farm is in a gorgeous location, so eating our handiwork later was also a treat.

5.00It was nice. It was a small farm. We were showed how to make tiramisu and pasta… Actually, we did spinach fill ravioli. The instructor was knowledgeable and interesting. He made it enjoyable. It was a perfect length of time.

They walked us through making pasta and tiramisu in a way that was easy to follow and had wine flowing the whole time. Their home was so charming, tucked away in the mountains, and we got to eat outside in their courtyard with jasmine climbing up the walls. It was very kid-friendly, which we really appreciated. They had high chairs and toys ready for our little one when he started getting antsy, so we could actually enjoy the experience without feeling stressed. This ended up being one of our favorite memories from our trip. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, authentic, and family-friendly cooking class in Italy.

5.00we booked this super last minute but so glad that we did! it has been our favourite experience of our entire europe trip. our host was so warm, friendly, and supportive with a fantastic personality! we really enjoyed learning about his background as a chef, especially his time in perth, australia. he quickly built rapport with all of the guests and continued to support them throughout the pasta making class. would highly recommend this experience to anyone wanting an intimate but non-overwhelming cooking experience. our only wish was that he joined us for the meal so we could speak to him some more and learn more about his experience as a chef! :)

5.00This was such an authentic experience with Simone, who was so excited and patient, teaching the finer details on cooking, ingredients, and of course the vineyard his family lives on. We made delicious raviolis and tiramisu from scratch, using high-quality local ingredients, with Simone having everything setup for our group for each stage, generous with wine, and ultimately a beautiful family style meal. If you’re looking for true authentic cooking with an experienced chef, and learning about Siena & Tuscany in general, I’d highly suggest this experience!! 5.00From the minute I stepped out of the car to the moment I tasted the delectable foods we learned to make, I thought I was in a fairy tale. The setting for this intimate cooking class was simply enchanting. The old Tuscan farmhouse is set in the rolling hills amongst vineyards. As the sun set, we clinked sparkling Prosecco and began our lesson expertly led by Simone our chef. His class was educational, relaxed and fun. The fresh pasta topped with homemade mushroom sauce was magical. What could top that? Pizza made in an authentic wood burning fireplace. As I reluctantly climbed back in the car, I may have shut the door to that magical place, but the memories will forever stay with me. Thank you Simone. I highly recommend this fantastic place to anyone who wants to transport themselves to a magical place.

5.00Simone was excellent! He was such a fun instructor and the food that we made was delicious! Our ravioli were superb and the tiramisu was to die for! And the wine was absolutely delicious! We also had a great time in his kitchen and the grounds were so beautiful. It was a spectacular day and we can't thank you enough!
