The lounge is open 24 hours a day and provides services and amenities that help ease the fatigue of a long day of travel. Take a hot shower, use the high-speed wireless internet, and sip a cup of freshly brewed coffee or tea while relaxing on one of the plush sofas or armchairs. Alcoholic beverages, neck and shoulder massages, rest suites and meeting rooms are also available for an additional fee. When booking, choose a 3-hour, 6-hour or 12-hour pass to give you the time you need based on the length of your layover. When it's time to board your next flight, you'll be revitalized and ready to go. 3.00Was really looking forward to the this lounge as we ended our trip to Singapore. However, from the moment we arrived all our expectations plummeted. The sign in front of the Lounge indicated that they were at capacity. I approached the person, (who didn't even smile, on the front desk, stated that we had a booking. Handed over our booking sheet. Not a single, "Welcome" or "Enjoy your stay", nothing! We had also prebooked a shower, which the person at the front desk did NOT address. We were left to find a table ourselves, albeit a dirty one. When I asked a member of the cleaning team to give it a wipe, I was also frowned upon. (Even though she was cleaning another table, that was occupied) I then returned to the front desk and asked how we access the showers. I was handed a key. So I found the shower, struggled with the access (I wasn't the only one, another lady had the same problem). Shower was the best part of the whole experience. It was clean, and tidy, Water pressure was great. Towels were clean and fresh. Shampoo and Body wash were provided inside the shower. After we'd showered and changed. I approached the bar for a drink. The very grumpy and sour looking bartender, Eng, threw wine into a glass, and poured a beer, like she herself was paying for it, not even a full glass, and huffed at me. Hubby didn't believe it, until he received the same treatment when he went to get the next round of drinks. The food was a poor choice. The one choice that I thought I'd like to try, was a pasta dish, was totally empty and wasn't replenished the entire 3 hours we were there. Even the bar snacks seemed a little stale. Cleaning up. was another downer. We ended up taking empty glasses back to the bar ourselves. We noticed that not one of the staff bothered to smile, or greet anyone. Seems like they were all having a bad day! It was noisy, but not surprising, as it was full.
