Sail in the Caribbean paradise of St Maarten on a casual yet upscale cruise within walking distance from the cruise ships and close to most resorts. Some days we leave from Philipsburg and other days we leave from Simpson Bay. Your day includes real sailing, homemade lunch and unlimited drinks from the open bar. Relax on a cushioned seat in the sun or shade aboard the Random Wind as you travel up the coast. This family-friendly yacht takes you away from it all; snorkeling, paddle boarding and plenty of fun on board with the TARZAN SWING! Enjoy personal attention on this small-group tour, limited to 30 people.

What To Expect
Mullet Bay
We usually stop twice during the day both; stops are in the Caribbean Sea. We don’t go into the Atlantic Ocean. At the first we snorkel, paddle board, kayak, swim to the beach, hang with noodles.....and have lunch. We shop each morning. Marinated chicken skewers, captain grilled, green salad, baguette, lovely Caribbean rice. Would you like a rum punch with that? At the second stop we swing from the Tarzan swing. Those between 2 and 89 have enjoyed this easy, safe and super fun trapeze-type swing. The bar is always open and included and if you are hungry after swinging - or laughing - have a snack!
Little Bay
This could be the first stop or it could be the second stop depending on the day and the conditions of the sea.

5.00My 9-year-old and I had a blast on her very first boat ride. The crew attended to everyone's safety and comfort. The food was yummy, and the drinks were plentiful. The boat was clean and had a marine toilet. We felt safe. I would return and do recommend Random Wind.

Their hospitality, friendliness, and attention to every guest were outstanding and truly made the trip unforgettable. The food was delicious, and every stop along the way was absolutely beautiful. We loved all three locations we visited, and each one offered something unique. The atmosphere on the boat was incredible, and everyone—from the crew to the other guests—made the experience even more enjoyable and fun. Out of all the boat excursions available, I would choose this one again in a heartbeat. It exceeded all of our expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable day on the water. Thank you for such an incredible experience!

5.00My husband and I spent the most wonderful day with the Random Wind crew on our honeymoon! Anna, Scotty, and Mel exceeded our expectations (set high by the thousands of glowing reviews) with their hospitality and positivity. I can’t overstate how comfortable and happy we were the entire day. The sail included plenty of swimming, snorkeling, swinging, and rum punch. Lunch was delicious, as well!

5.00Before I booked, I corresponded a couple of times with Di. Her response time was very quick and she was very informative. Our party of 12 were on the island for the day from a cruise ship so I was concerned about timing with arrival, us meeting them at the meeting place as well as being sure we were back to cruise ship timely. Di was good to assure me that the meeting location was within walking distance from the cruise port and confirmed all of the timing with me. She was also very accommodating with a dietary restriction of one in our party. Day of the sail, we were greeted by David, Ash and Mel, within an easy walk from the port. The boat was beautiful, comfortable and the staff were all so nice and helpful. We were served rum punch, beer, soda and water all day as well as a hot lunch. I wasn't expecting a hot lunch. I assumed it might be a sack lunch. (After we got back, I even emailed Di about the salad dressing and hot sauce they had so we can try to find it here in the states.) The snorkeling spots were great and this was an amazing way to see the island. I highly recommend sailing with Di, David, Ash and Mel. It was top notch, a 10 out of 10... one of the best/easiest excursions I have taken with a company not associated with a cruise line.

5.00Best catamaran experience. From the get go, the crew was ready to make sure we were gonna have a great time. We never had a moment where our drinks weren’t filled. The food was amazing, we had chicken skewers, coconut curry rice, salad and bread. The Tarzan swing was great. They made sure guests were safe the entire excursion and made our groups day. A wonderful experience and the crew was personable. I will definitely book again when I go back
