Another 5 star review to add to the pile, but it is well deserved. Jiny is a personable, engaging and knowledgeable chef. I chose her in part because she listed the dishes we would prepare, and we prepared those. Conversation was engaging and the cultural exchange was two way. I have cooked two of the dishes before and learned from her. I think she would be good for beginners as well. I cannot more highly recommend this experience.

Jiny, our host, was amazing. She ensured everyone was included, clearly explained the history and process to cook and was passionate about her profession. The meals were amazing as was the experience, one we will remember for a long time and was one of the highlights of our Japan/Korea holidays. Highly recommend anyone to do this.

Our host was amazing 👏 She explained all the dishes & informed us on exactly what to do. Can't fault this experience, I'd 100% recommend. I'd definitely arrive on an empty stomach though, we ate breakfast beforehand and had to ask to takeaway our leftovers. (They do provide containers for this) Everything about this experience was amazing 👏

Jiny is a wonderfully engaging chef and guide. The class was well organized and we made delicious food. We learned about sauces and spices in her very fun presentations. The neighborhood walk is unlike anything you might imagine and I won’t give anymore away than that.

We got some history and background on the dishes along with photos of ingredients and recipes! She took photos of the group and emailed them to us after.
