We will tour natural and historic sites of the Serra da Lousã such as the village of shisto! . With its unique flora and soils provides spectacular technical trails for trail lovers.
We take you running on trails full of life and beautiful landscapes while testing your physical limits.
More than a workout, you will be able to experience fantastic places and always have time to take some photos and contemplate the landscape!

What To Expect
We will travel through edílic areas of the Lousã mountain, used mostly singletracks and in all options we will pass at least one by a shale villages, with areas of forest and also open field to observe the landscape, animal life and plants we find. The stops to enjoy all these places are not mandatory, but highly recommended :) The pace will be in the pace of the walk so you can enjoy everything the mountain has to give you :) 1- Lousã Castle Trail + 3 Shisto Villages Duration: 3 to 4 hours Distance: 8 km's (5 mi) Accumulated dislevel: 500 meters D+ (1600ft) Degree of difficulty: Moderate 2- Trail of the 4 villages of shale + Levada + Castle of Lousã Duration: 4 to 5 hours Distance: 17 km's (10.5 mi) Accumulated dislevel: 800 meters D+ (2600ft) Degree of difficulty: Moderate 3- Moleiros Trail + Villages Shisto Talasnal + Lousã Castle Duration: 4 to 6 hours Distance: 18 km's (11 mi) Accumulated dislevel: 800 meters D+ (2600ft) Degree of difficulty: Moderate / Difficult The distance and degree of difficulty can be adapted according to your physical abilities or taste.
