We book train tickets in-advance for you and send you the e-version of the ticket.
We will inform you train time and all details via email or telephone.

You just have to book our package you are looking right now. Please share all your requirements once you book the package.
Please note that in case of unavailability of requested train time or seat class, we will arrange next best option for you. If you are not flexible to change, please mention it when you make the reservation.

What To Expect
- Receive an e-ticket and booking reference number after check seats availability via email and whatsapp. - Visit railway station atleast 20 minutes before the train departure time. - Board to the train using the e-version. - Enjoy the ride. You will be contact by operator for any support ! *Please note that reservations made less than 32 days ahead are subject to amendments. Contact us to check availability first, if you are making the reservation less than month ahead. * Trains are usually getting delay regardless of scheduled time. You are entitled for a refund from station's counter if only train got cancelled or delayed more than 4 hours.

1.00Total scam - the actual value of the ticket is $9 (it was printed on the ticket) - I paid $36 on here!!!!!! I get you need a mark up for the booking fee and what not, but 300%? That’s an actual joke.

3.00Our tour operator booked this train as it gets booked up quickly . Do take water & snack with you although they come round selling tea coffee , fruit ,nuts (cash only ) I agreed left side has better views but you can go stand near doors to outside .Hold on as it gets bumpy be careful if you lean out to take photo !! A nice trip with Mountain View’s does get busy .

3.00The train ride itself was not that spectacular and I think it's just become the thing to do in Sri Lanka. Getting the tickets was also stressful as there was no communication from the agent until I chased him twice. I was also only informed the day before that the station I was going to get the train from had been damaged and I needed to go from another station and quickly needed to arrange transportation. Really not impressed with the customer communication.

3.00The views are beautiful. Beautiful experience. Reason I gave 3 stars is the price. I paid €61 for two first class tickets (where there are no doors and windows open) while doing it directly at the station the same morning for second class (much nicer) I would have paid €1.37 for two tickets. DISPROPORTIONATE PRICE DIFFERENCE

5.00We were looking for tickets and found them here. There's a price to pay. The text read: You can either go to Badulla Central Station or get off at Ella. The ticket was only issued and valid until Ella (maybe this is now corrected). The conductor let us continue for a small tip. Overall, however, good service and tickets to WhatsApp in advance.
