My half-day trekking trip was with Natalia. She picked me up right on time at my hotel and we spent a lovely morning together trekking in beautiful Monumento Natural Dos Lagunos, about 30 minutes by car from Coyhaique. The area is beautiful, and the trek was exactly what I wanted: some uphill, but overall a moderate trek that was just right. I enjoyed my time with Natalia and our conversations on the trail. She is friendly and has led an interesting life. It was like spending the morning with a friend. Oh, and her English is great! I highly recommend this activity for anyone looking to spend a nice morning out in nature.
