What To Expect
Join the peaceful Tuscan countryside near Siena for a unique Truffle Experience, a perfect escape from the bustle of Florence. You'll start by following Niccolo', an expert truffle hunter and his trained dogs (Lagotto Romagnolo) through the forest in search of fresh truffles. Then, take part in a hands-on cooking class where you'll learn how to make traditional fresh pasta and a classic Italian tiramisu with an Expert Italian Chef. After the class, sit down to enjoy a 4-course lunch featuring the truffles you found, paired with local Tuscan wines. Along the way, you’ll learn about truffle hunting traditions, Tuscan cuisine, and local ingredients. All of this takes place at Tenuta Armaiolo, a historic estate surrounded by enchanting nature, where deer, wild boars, and other animals live freely in harmony with the land.

5.00We were able to find a huge truffle on our first try and several others after that. The dogs are amazing how they track down the truffles and dig them up. Highly recommended and lunch was spectacular.
