We had an amazing day with @almita_guide visiting the Tulum ruins, snorkeling with sea turtles, and lunch and swimming at a cenote. She was extremely knowledgeable and set a comfortable pace and tone for the day, making a 9 hour excursion relaxing and peaceful, but still adventurous. The entire staff working with Alma from driving, photography, and gear assistance for snorkeling was lovely and lunch at their cenote was delicious. I'll go out of my way to book with this team again for any future trips!

We had an incredible day with Kevin at the Mayan Ruins, swimming with turtles, and exploring Cenotes. Visiting with our family of 4 plus a large group of friends. From the start Kevin made us feel completely at home with water, snacks, and tons of knowledge on the drive down from our resort. After visiting Tulum Mayan Ruins we swam with the turtles. Kevin took extra care with our 8 year old daughter who was a bit nervous at first but by end had to be dragged out because she didn’t want to leave. The final stop was a gorgeous cenote where we saw 3 different corals, bats(including a family), and Mott Mott Birds. Kevin’s enthusiasm and knowledge about the wildlife/scenery was infectious and made the trip. I would highly recommend booking and requesting Kevin as you guide. I would also like to thank Patricia, without you this experience would not be possible!!

I booked two tours for my trip, and funny enough, both ended up being with Ocean Tours without me even realizing it. And honestly? Both blew my expectations out of the water. But this one—thanks to Eric—was on a whole different level. Mid‑tour, my daughter suddenly started feeling weak and dizzy. I wasn’t sure what was happening, but when her phone slipped from her hand and hit the ground, Eric reacted instantly. He scooped her up before she collapsed, carried her to a bench, and immediately started treating her for heat stroke. He used his own water bottle to wet a cloth and cool her down until she regained consciousness. If he hadn’t been there, she would’ve hit the ground hard. I’m beyond grateful for him. Back to the tour—Tulum was hot (shocker). They have a strict no‑plastic‑bottle rule, so bring a metal bottle unless you want to melt. The turtles were incredible; we saw plenty popping their little noses up for air. But the highlight? The cenote. Period. Crystal‑clear water, a stunning cavern, and the kind of moment you replay in your head long after the trip is over. At no point did I feel anything less than fully taken care of. I booked this tour because of the high reviews, and now I’m officially adding myself to the list of very satisfied customers.

Kevin was amazing! (Also Hi Patricia Kevin’s mom!). We had an amazing tour. Kevin was wonderful at sharing his knowledge and being so welcoming. We had great time seeing so many turtles and learning so much about the crevasses! Would 100% recommend especially Kevin!

The ruins of Tulum where very open and hot so make sure you have water in an insulated cold flask and appropriate coverings. Swimming with the turtles was amazing - offered long sleeved water tops to protect against sargassum but not told until they were taken that it was $25usd each The cenote was gorgeous and very welcome. All in all a fabulous day with a fabulous guide in Alexandra and driver in Sergei

Very good organization to allow us to take the tour with a guide in French, even though we were the only ones in the group.
