Myself and our small crew of professional guides are both experienced photographers and videographers. With no expense spared we wanted to give our guests the best experience possible. 5.00What an amazing snorkeling experience. Robbie was a great guide. Communication prior to the tour was clear and concise. He was finishing up on a prior tour when we arrived, and was parked right next to the beach. His van is outfitted with all equipment you need and has a cool propeller device (for a fee) that can help you really get moving in the water. Robbie even gave the sun shirt off his back for another older woman in our group! He did amazing calming the nerves of a first time snorkeler in our group who was having second thoughts once we were in the water. The patience, positive-attitude, and calm demeanor made everyone else in our group feel better about the situation. Once we were out on the water, he guided us out quite a ways to see lots of fish and turtles. The photos!! A cherished memory my wife and i will have forever. Better than any crappy walmart phone cased pictures i could get underwater.

5.00This was our first excursion on honeymoon vacation. Robbie was our guide. He is patient, makes sure everyone is comfortable, checks on you, and dives down to find things like starfish, octopus, and red sea urchins for you to interact with and hold. He makes sure to take photos and videos of you with your own party. This was the best start to our vacation, and I would do it again!

5.00What an awesome day we had snorkeling! Definitely recommend 10/10! You drive to a beach location which is great, no long boat ride! Plenty of parking. Robbie (tour guide) was great! You walk to the beach (just steps from the meeting spot btw) and are guided right into the water with your snorkel gear! We loved seeing the turtles! Would most definitely do this again on our next visit, hands down.

5.00First time snorkeling with no knowledge of swimming either. However, that fear was quickly put away with ease … thanks to Robbie. He took great care of all the non-swimmers in the group (me included), but never for a moment did the rest of the group feel left out. He was extremely professional and knew the lay of the land (or the water in this case) like the back of his hand. I loved every moment of being out in the sea with other creatures. I am not sure if I would want to do this again, but if I do then I would ask for Robbie to be my guide. Thanks for making this experience a memorable one Robbie!!!

5.00Oh my gosh! So much to say about this company. They are 100% not like any other company out there. They truly believe in assisting the customer. Let me explain. First off, when booking, I was deciding between this company and another larger boat to snorkel company. I went with this one because of the reviews. They had a ton of 5 star reviews - aka read the reviews, there is a reason why this one has a crap ton of 5 star reviews. I was NOT disappointed at all. We got there, checked in and Joe our guide was so knowledgeable and went over safety. He was extremely clear on instructions and was so nice. We got all our stuff and headed out. Our group had 11 people (which included our family of 4 with a 7 year old that had a hard time keeping the snorkel in his mouth). Joe was extremely patient and kept helping us throughout our experience to get him situated with his gear. During our snorkel one of the members did not listen to instruction and caused a panic moment. Joe handled it very professionally and with the utmost care. He took the safety of the client into priority and also made sure the other clients had a premier experience. He was able to navigate a hard situation and I appauld him for his ability to handle it. While I am not going to go into details about specifics, I can say Joe went above and beyond for us. We didnt expect anything from the situation because we missed 10-15 mins of our tour (the guest who didn't listen to safety and cost us to lose tour time) BUT we got a text from Joe later checking in and making sure we were happy with everything. We couldn't believe it. This small company actually cared enough to check in personally with us later to ensure we were happy and satisfied. They reached out to us and really, truly cared we were taken care of. 100000% customer service. We knew the situation was out of the companies control and was due to a crappy client, but they still went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. No company EVER does this level of customer service. Hats off to Joe and Zephyr. This level of personalized and customer service is not seen anymore. You will NOT regret booking with them.
