5.00We had an Ayurvedic treatment for myself and spouse. It was very authentic and traditional The staff are extremely skilled and very focused. It was a pleasure to meet the owner Mr Lakmal. He has a vast knowledge in the subject matter and highly qualified in the field. I would certainly recommend everyone to visit Bentota Ayurvedic center to experience the traditional Sri Lankan medicine and Ayurvedic treatments.

5.00The time at the Bentota Ayurveda Center was pure relaxation for me – the soothing Ayurveda massages and the individually tailored program made me feel completely regenerated and balanced. The whole team is well trained and responds to the various problems. What I experienced there went far beyond wellness – my back pain has been resolved significantly by the deep-acting, warm oil treatments, and my skin has regained balance and radiance through the gentle, natural Ayurvedic care. I have been here several times and can therefore highly recommend this place.

5.00This spa is amazing. Clean smells good. The massages are of quality and very reasonable price compared to our country. The entire team is very professional. They have been Therapists for several years who really take care of their clients. We had the pleasure of also being massaged by the owner of the place who is himself a Therapist. Special mention for Ma Therapist, who is a brunette lady with a magnificent smile, we came five days in a row to have us massaged. I hope she sees this message, my little Lady, may God protect you <3 thank you for your kindness.

5.00I was first time in Bentota and tried to find good relax massage. And find, i didn't expect any unusual. But... It was great experience in lymphoma drainage massage and ayurvedic treatments. It was very helpful for my health. Therapists were very professional. At first i practice massage and shirodhara with good therapist, Iresha. It was gentle, attentive to my body. And then I had the opportunity to get a massage with the owner, Lakmal, and a great specialist (I assumed, of course, so I saw the video of the competition on Instagram) In just 3 procedures I see significant changes in the body and the breathing of energy (I practice meditation and breathing, I'm sure)) And also Lakmal gave me recommendations for Ayurvedic medicines and others for my health. A huge thank all team 💛 I wish you company great growth. Highly recommend for visiting! P.S. This center may offer assistance in getting you from the hotel. I didn't mostly need it, but it was nice. For me, it's a nice addition to a quality massage.

The treatments are authentically rejuvenating and transformative. This is hands down the premier center for genuine Ayurvedic care. I’m already planning to return for a full Panchakarma retreat because the quality here is unmatched. Special recognition goes to Lakmal, whose healing touch and deep knowledge of Ayurveda are truly exceptional. His expertise and care made all the difference.
