The narrators voice was very pleasant. The information given was well was well organized and the extra information given when we didn’t have service was interesting very nice as well. At one point, though we were given a misdirection. We followed the tour clockwise starting in the north, and there was a roundabout, nearing the end of our tour where the narrator told us to take the second right on the roundabout. There were only three exits from the roundabout, including the one we approached from. We should’ve been told to just take the first roundabout, which would’ve continued us straight in the same direction. Other than one spot, all the directions were very clear and accurate. We would highly recommend this tour to others that have a day to explore Lake Tahoe.

The tour was helpful and informative. I was not certain that it would start automatically at the first location, but that was probably my fault. The narrator’s voice was clear and understandable. Lots of interesting information.

Very easy to use. I had a question and called customer service and they called back within a few minutes. But I found the answer on the website. We only had time to do the eastern Route and plan on doing the other route soon.
