Damascena Ethnographic Complex
After Buludzha monument we will have a delicious lunch and after that we travel to a local rose distillery, where you’ll learn about the centuries-old tradition of rose oil production. Discover the intricate process of extracting rose oil and immerse yourself in the intoxicating aroma of fresh roses.We will make a short stop at the wonderful Ethnographic Complex of Damascena where you can learn more about the production of the famous Bulgarian rose oil. The guide was super friendly, reliable and informed about the history as well as the current situation in Bulgaria. He has patiently responded to all our questions.
