Fantastic ! Had to while away a day in Vancouver after getting off a cruise first thing in the morning and catching a late flight home. Left bags right there in the cruise terminal and got the all day hop on hop off bus tour for one very reasonable price. Saw all of Vancouver and did not have to worry about luggage as it was safely stored and watched over by Coreen who was most attentive and helpful.

Sherry was an absolute icon! Funny, informative, engaging, and a pro at speaking loud and clear so the whole bus could follow along. The sightseeing was great in itself, but Sherry really made it an incredible experience. At one point we hopped off and ended up on a bus with a different guide, and he was so bad that we immediately got off at the next stop to wait for Sherry's bus to return. Can't say enough wonderful things about her!

We had a very good experience overall. We booked a few months in advance, which worked out well. There was a little rain, and the walk from our hotel to the boarding area was longer than expected. The city itself is impressive, with countless tall condo buildings dominating the downtown skyline.

After leaving our luggage. We got on bus at stop #1 to #9 after we asked your employees where a thrift store was bc two of the couples needed to buy a carry small suitcase at a thrift shop. After purchasing two we walked to stop 7. The driver a young woman told us we could not get on with the two small empty suitcases we just purchased. We had to take an Uber to your stop in Granville Island cost $12.13. After reviewing Trip Advisor and the paperwork I printed saw nothing stating we could not get on bus with luggage. It was purchased small suitcases which could have been a large clothes purchase in a bag, what would the difference have been! Bus was not at all full. Neither of your employees when we told them what we were doing told us we could not get back on bus with that purchase. On way back we met one of your employees a young lady with short hair. She notified her boss asked us a bunch of questions but did not tell us a resolution. Got on two buses back bc one had to rest and neither driver said we could not get on bus! Can we get compensated for the inconvenience? Not happy with the inconvenience.

We tried booking online and their system"hung up" after the transaction was made and debited our account without issuing tickets. We tried contacting customer support who couldn't help and we had to purchase another set of tickets within an hour of pretty initial online purchase attempt. Despite contacting them immediately re the issue and raising the problem and showing them the 2 ticket transactions they have not responded in over a week later. In our opinion, based on our experience, we would never utilise their service again as they have a terrible disregard for the customer once they have your money.

The bus takes you all around Vancouver. You’ll be able to see many popular areas and have the chance to get off, wonder around and catch the bus again. It’s a great and not too expensive way to see the city. Buy your tickets online for a discount.

This was a great way to see the various points of the city. Convenient drop off and pick up locations. Would be nice if it ran a little later but that's my only critique. We had a great time.

It was a great way to see the city. We spent the first day getting to see all that was offered and the commentary was very good. The second day, to our surprise the route changed due to FIFA but the in line schedule of stops and bus arrivals was not updated and that became a problem getting to the pickup points.
