Highly recommended. Learn to cook traditional Italian food with highly knowledgeable hosts. We got to sample and learn about lots of local produce, enjoying the results of our pasta and tiramisu making with new friends and endless carafes of local wine. A fun session for couples, friends and families :)

We really enjoyed the cooking class with Elodie! She explained everything very well and had a lot of nice energy. During the cooking there are multiple pauses to eat some small bites and drink wine, prosecco or soda. The recipes are tasty and not too hard to make. We would definitely recommend this class!

The location was perfect for anyone who knows the Arena. Our chef ( guide for the purpose of review rating )was so clear and helpful. We discovered why so many restaurant tiramisus have disappointed us and why the ones we made were great. Great tips on making the pasta that the books assume you already know. We got to eat everything we made and we knew it was ours because it had postit notes . The pace was perfect and the Prosecco And wines were amazing . It was a 6.30 pm class so having both of our pasta dishes and tiramisu was the perfect evening meal. It was such a great experience we are converted to “fresh pasta “and we will purchase a pasta machine when we get home. Do yourself a favour and just book it!!!!!

This was a really fun practle experience. Our host Elodie explained and showed us how to make Tiramisu, Ravioli and Tagliatelle. She also made it fun and interactive for the group of 12 people getting us all involved. Our food was then cooked and served to us with olive oil and parmesan and even bread to wipe out bowls clean. Proper Italian style. Prosecco, red and white wine, soft drinks and water were available. The 3 hours went very fast and we left having learnt something new that we had done as a family and with very full stomaches.
