3.00Tour guide Stephanie made a couple off colour comments at the start of the tour which were off putting. She seemed knowledgeable though. She did not manage the group well as Versailles was very busy with several tour groups at once in the same room. Not sure of Stephanie ducked into a secret room, but once we fought our way through the crowd, we lost sight of her. Frustrated, we left the tour early.

At the end of the tour, she even helped us acquire transportation to our next destination. We are so grateful to have had her as our guide.
