Enjoyed this tour thoroughly with Shelton as our guide. Visited Victoria falls at a leisurely pace, with lots of stops and photo opportunities. Could not visit the Zambia side due to visa requirement, only went upto the bridge. At the end of the tour had lunch at the look out cafe, which was a great experience by itself. The whole experience was elevated due to the Agency, Akost Safari and the guide, who were very flexible and easy going. Highly recommend this tour.

We would highly recommend this private tour to see both sides of the falls. Shelton was an excellent guide on the Zim side, full of local knowledge, history and entertaining conversation and Lucky looked after us on the Zam side. If you come during high water season then expect to get really wet from the mist on both sides during the tour as it’s all part of the experience and both guides provided long waterproof jackets to keep most of our clothes dry (but don’t wear your best footwear as your shoes will be squelching by the end of the tour!)

Had the guided tour with Shelton and Mike. They were patient with us during the walks and also helped to settled the logistics for travelling across the border and moving around Victoria Falls. Just make sure to bring comfortable waterproof shoes or sandals as there is quite a bit of walking and there's a good chance you may get wet.

The guide Michael was very helpful and very informative throughout the experience but when Indian people visit here they will have a problem with visa they can only see Zimbabwe side but not the Zambia side.So only one side of the falls will be visible.

Cannot praise this experience highly enough. Our wonderful guides Sheldon on Zimbabwe side and Delphister in Zambia were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The border crossing was very easy with the help of the guides. Viewing the falls from both sides was truely magical , an adventure we will never forget. Be prepared to get very wet, but it’s worth every drop.

Had an excellent trip and can definitely recommend doing both side of Victoria Falls. Our guides, Delphister in Zambia and Michael in Zimbabwe, were engaging and knowledgeable. If you visit when the falls are at their strongest, be prepared to be very wet, but drying out didn't take long. The whole day was very well organised and they made sure our border crossings were as easy as possible. Lunch was organised for us at a riverside cafe. Tip for UK visitors, get a Kanza visa for Zimbabwe so you can go back and forth, no visa needed for Zambia. Should be a top trip if you are in Victoria Falls.
