This coffee brewing class was exceptionel. We had a super fine lecture on the type of beans and the growing of them. Then we shiftet to brewing tecniques and brewed to different coffees, after choice. Really good guiding in the brewing proces, endes in two really tasty cups. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and stories. This is so absolutely worth trying.

I cannot wait to get home and share what I learned with friends and family. I have always enjoyed coffee and a good cup of coffee, but these Vietnamese coffee recipes are simply incredible and so worth the time and money. This class launched my coffee game into the stratosphere.

Really cool workshop, my partner and I did the single coffee experience and we learned a lot about coffee origins and makings (which were also delicious). Joseph and his wife were great hosts. We had good chats about Vietnam as well, overall it was well worth it and I’d recommend it ☺️

I had an amazing time, not only did I learn how to make different types of coffee but I also got an insight into vietnamese life and culture. I got a private class as I was the only one signing up this date and time. The egg coffee was the best one I have had in vietnam, not as extremely sweet as the ones you buy and the taste was richer. I 100% recommend this WS if you have some time to spare in Saigon!

We absolutely loved this coffee-making workshop! It was a fun and very interactive experience. There was no rushing at all, and we received plenty of help and guidance during the whole process. Everything was explained clearly, and we even got all the recipes afterwards so we can try making everything again at home. Highly recommended for anyone who loves coffee and wants to learn in a relaxed and enjoyable way!

Highly recommended for coffee lovers and anyone wanting a deeper appreciation of Vietnamese coffee culture! This was such a unique and enriching experience, and definitely a must-try when visiting Ho Chi Minh City. Thank you, Joseph and Chien, for welcoming us into your home and teaching us about the history of coffee in Vietnam, and proper brewing methods using the phin filter. It was also a great chance to experience authentic egg coffee and other traditional Vietnamese coffee drinks.
