Arrival Service Start your experience seamlessly with our VIP fast-track immigration service at Shanghai Pudong International Airport or Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport. Upon disembarking, your personal assistant will warmly welcome you at the jet bridge and guide you through the entire arrival process. You will enjoy priority access through immigration and customs, bypassing long queues for a fast and efficient clearance. Our team will also assist with arrival formalities and accompany you to the arrivals hall for a smooth exit. Departure Service For international departures, please contact us at least 15 minutes before arriving at the airport and kindly provide your vehicle license plate number. Our staff will be waiting at Gate 12 to assist you with check-in, baggage drop, security screening, and customs procedures. You will then be escorted to the VIP lounge. When boarding begins, our team will guide you directly to the boarding gate to ensure a stress-free departure experience. Note: Arrival and departure are two separate services and are not included in a single booking. For arrival service, please book the arrival option and provide your flight number and passenger name. For departure service, please book the departure option and provide your flight number and passenger name.

A great service for peace of mind

5.00This service, while expensive, was totally worth it for first-time travelers to China, particularly since we did not have visas and were using China's 10-day visa-free program. The greeter met us just outside the jetway with my name on a sign. She escorted us to the proper place in passport control, and walked us through how to fill out the necessary forms for not needing a visa -- that alone was worth the price of the service. She waited on the other side of passport control while we went through, and then escorted us to baggage claim, and waited with us until our bags arrived. She then escorted us outside of the arrival hall to our driver, who was waiting for us. Highly recommend this service, particularly for first-time travelers to China and those who do not have a visa and are using China's 10-day visa-free program.

5.00Highly recommend this service at Shanghai PVG airport. Everything was fast, stress-free, and well coordinated. We felt very well taken care of from the moment we landed.From touchdown to immigration, baggage collection, and meeting our driver at the arrival hall, it took roughly 35 minutes in total.
