We spent the first hour picking up people and had to change buses. The bus was ok. Our guide was very nice but her English was very limited. We could tell that she was telling the Spanish speaking members of the group more information. Xochimilco was pretty but it was incredibly packed and felt like a tourist trap. It was very sad to see the water so polluted and not see any native animals. I thought we were visiting the university but it was just a drive past a couple murals. We split from the group was we got to coyocayan since it was easy enough to get back to the city ourselves and gave us time to do what we wanted there. We'd recommend seeing xochimilco but try to find a tour of the ecological area with a knowledgeable guide.

Tour was very informative. Tour guides were very helpful and caring for my mom and aunt. First tour to take us to Estadio Azteca but unfortunately it was closed to remodeling.

The sights themselves were fun and educational. The guide made several inappropriate comments and should stick to “the script.”

The start of the tour was exciting as my hotel near Constitution Plaza could not be picked up directly. I was offered to walk about 30 minutes to a meeting point at the Fiesta Americana Reforma Hotel, which I did and was there on time at 8:24. Afterwards, the taxi drove back to Constitution Plaza to pick up other participants before we got into another taxi. I was surprised as this meeting place was only two minutes from my hotel. Presumably, the tour guides only consider “hotel in the center” when planning and do not automatically drive directly. In the future, you should ask again when booking, where exactly is the pickup. Our tour guide was very nice, and the tour started at the university campus of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM). On display were the Rectorate Tower, the Central Library and the Olympic Stadium of 1968. Since the stay time was limited, you could only get a brief overview of the huge campus (about 200 ha). Then we went to Xochimilco, about an hour's drive away. The boat trip was cozy and relaxing. Some fast food boats docked, and we got freshly prepared tortillas. Drinks could be ordered. Several mariachi bands offered their music, we politely declined. At the Floating Gardens we turned around and drove back – a short but lively excursion with many boats and lively hustle and bustle. Back on the bus we went to Coyoacán. Obviously, there are two groups: one with tickets to the Frida Kahlo Museum and one without. The group with tickets was escorted to the museum, the rest could see the district. However, two hours is quite long there, as there is not too much to see. A tip: Visit the Museo Casa Kahlo and the Parroquia San Juan Bautista, where the exit point was also. The return journey through the heavy traffic went as planned, and at about 17:00 we were back again. The tour operator was kind enough to let me get off at the metro station line 9, so I could reach my flight in time. Conclusion: A very nice and well organized tour that provides a good overview of important places around Mexico City. The price is fair considering that a taxi to Xochimilco costs about 20 euros (40 euros return). Overall a great experience.

Boat ride was excellent. Loved having food on board and listening to mariachi music. Tour operator was excellent and picked me up on time. Could have passed on the silver store.

Well ... no pick up at hotel despite booking with the pick up point (had to pay extra for taxi to meet up point). Change of itinerary, starting at Coyocan (half an hour despite time stated) and included Azteca Stadium. Only 1 hour at Xochimilco despite purchases itinerary. Believe this is a booker (Vuela Viajero) who farms you out to actual operators. Don't trust this middleman.

We went to some parts that were not contemplated such as a silver factory and the Aztec stadium. The weather was suitable.

Driver and tour guide were excellent, both friendly and knowledgeable. Took the time to build a relationship with each participant and made it a memorable trip. Xochimilco was not for us. The canals are very crowded and you don’t really get to see much, just a lot of other boats and people.

Xochimilco was great, not a tourist trap but a recreation day for Mexicans an any visitor. Coyoacán is a must. Colorful and safe neighborhood. NOTE: the tour begins at Coyoacan all the time not at Xochimilco like every agency states. Not time to go to Frida Kahlo museum even if you have the tickets.

Nice to ride in the trajineras and hear the mariachis. Spectacular. My family and I really enjoyed the welcome. Then we took advantage of acquiring some souvenirs
