What a fun adventure! Ernesto and Tom provided lots of info about the area, provided their photographer skills, made sure we all stayed hydrated plus provided a unique & safe downhill bike experience -with a van following behind. This was a super fun experience. I highly recommend it-40mph bike ride!!

Our guides were welcoming, informative, and experienced! The views were breathtaking and we were given enough time for taking it all in. We loved the downhill biking and felt very safe. We would do this experience again!!

This was a fun experience, but definitely not right for everyone. The drive up was beautiful and the guides knew great places to stop to see amazing views and take some great pics. That was a significant part of the time for the excursion. The bike ride itself was pretty quick and is the part that isn't right for everyone. Obviously- you need to be comfortable on a bike, but also riding on the road, downhill, fast. I was the 'slow-poke' of our group and still felt like I was at the upper limits of my comfort level. However, the guides do a great job making everyone feel safe and ensuring that there is always an option to ride down in the van if it just doesn't feel right. The young people had a great time cruising down! :)

A bit scary riding down due to the speed you pick up, but very fun. Excellent views on the van ride up with multiple stops for pictures and a short hike. The guides were very informative and entertaining. Ernesto had a music-trivia game that kept us laughing.

Had a great time yesterday on this tour. I'm traveling solo and joined this group, some of whom were together, some not. We all had a good time together though. Our guides were very detailed in their safety methodology and carefully got us matched with bikes while telling us what we were responsible for. They met us at a location with a tour van towing the bicycles. After orientation we started driving up and took some stops along the way to see the views. The bike ride was easy. The views are where the tour exceeded expectations. We all got some great photos, but no photographs can do this justice - MAGNITUDE COUNTS! Well worth your time, it was a great way to spend the afternoon creating what is sure to be a lifelong memory.

Our guides, Ernesto and Tom, were great! We had an unexpected traffic issue due to a utility pole being hit. It caused a back up in traffic, but Ernesto kept us entertained with stories. The stops going up were beautiful and the ride going down, so much fun! I would highly recommend!

Our downhill bike ride at Waimea Canyon was easily one of the highlights of our trip. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, fun, and absolutely unforgettable. Our guides (Ernesto and Tom) truly made the day—they were hilarious, engaging, and kept the entire group laughing, but also incredibly knowledgeable about the area. They struck the perfect balance between being entertaining and informative, sharing insights about the canyon while making sure everyone felt comfortable and confident. No matter your skill level, they were patient, encouraging, and attentive, which made the ride enjoyable for everyone in our group. What really stood out was how accommodating they were. They went out of their way to make sure everyone had a great experience, adjusting the pace as needed and making thoughtful stops along the way. Thanks to them, we were able to take in some absolutely breathtaking views that we definitely wouldn’t have found on our own. And the sunset—just wow.

This was a fun adventure outing. The guides were very nice, knowledgeable, and funny and they took us to see a few viewpoints areas in the area before the bike ride.
