Booking a group (with ever-changing numbers going) isn't straightforward, but the bookings team were very helpful and efficient, and everything was processed on time and accurately. The lady at the pier was also very helpful, pointing out there were spaces on an earlier boat, if we wanted them (we did!) We were travelling from Westminster Pier to Greenwich, and on the way down enjoyed an excellent commentary from one of the crew, who really brought the riverside and its buildings to life - everyone commented on how good he was. Altogether, an excellent experience!

Excellent way to see the Thames and get an overview of the city from the river perspective. A pleasant way to spend a few hours. Greenwich interesting.

We learned lots about London which we didn't know before from the tour guide, and loved his dry sense of humour!

Fantastic afternoon trip. Very informative and friendly crew. The whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable. I shall ensure that I repeat the trip before year end, this time alighting in Greenwich for some "retail therapy" before returning on a later boat to Westminster pier.

Specifically a guy with a belly. The guide. The best of all. Very funny and it is clear that he truly knows his area well. And they add that they are not professional guides. It is an experience worth it only if you get this gentleman because he is very nice.

This boat tour was a wonderful respite after many long days of touristing. We wanted to relax a bit, see some sights and this was the perfect choice. There was a bar on board too, which was a nice surprise! We took the 4pm boat, which unfortunately meant that a lot of the businesses in Greenwich were closing, but we stopped in a few and got a dessert, so worth considering if you’re choosing a later departure.
