Walk through the vineyards and cellar, learn about traditional winemaking. Then, enjoy a hands-on cooking experience: prepare pizza in a traditional wood-fired oven or Ravioli and Tiramisù, just like Italians do at home.
After the experience, relax with a long countryside lunch, paired with six different wines from the winery, including the prestigious Taurasi DOCG — one of the most celebrated red italina wine. Each dish is carefully selected to enhance the wines, creating a perfect balance between food and tradition.

Surrounded by vineyards and rolling countryside, our winery offers authentic wine and food experiences designed to connect travelers with the true soul of Italy. Guests can explore the vineyards and cellar, discover traditional winemaking techniques, and taste a selection of handcrafted wines, including the renowned Taurasi DOCG. Our experiences also include hands-on cooking classes where visitors learn to prepare traditional Italian dishes such as wood-fired pizza, homemade ravioli, and tiramisù. Every activity is hosted with genuine hospitality, combining local flavors, family traditions, nature, and unforgettable moments in a peaceful rural setting away from the crowds.

5.00This was a wonderful experience. Really in the country so be sure to allow enough time. We were greeted warmly by three members of the family (and their puppy). After a brief tour of the vineyards we made pizza from scratch. So much fun! And into the wood burning oven and delicious. Lunch was multiple courses….a table full of appetizers, bread, the pizza, and homemade pasta pimodoro for the two vegetarians and chicken for the other. Tiramisu for dessert. They could not have been friendlier or more welcoming and the food could not have been more delicious. 5 stars PLUS!

5.00What an absolutely incredible experience! We arrived to Cortecorbo in the morning as guests and left that afternoon feeling like family. As a family of 6, including 2 parents, 3 young children, and their grandmother, I’m not sure who enjoyed the day the most. From the absolutely delicious food (my kids said it was the best meal they’ve had in Italy!), the fun hands-on pizza making, touring the winery, and tasting all of the amazing wines, the entire day was perfect. Antonio and Antonia are both delightful and really went out of their way to ensure that everyone was comfortable and well-fed all day. Our kids loved all of the food and also enjoyed playing with their two puppies. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to escape the city and enjoy an authentic experience with a wonderful family! Perfecto!

5.00I can’t begin to explain what an amazing experience this was…. It felt like I was visiting family. We didn’t want to leave! Everything from booking with Antonio, to the shuttle they organized to pick us up/ bring us home, the winery tour, and pasta making was incredible. On top of the pasta we made, there was SO much food served prepared directly by his mother. It was an amazing experience. It was also extremely intimate feeling. I’ve been to other cooking classes where there are several different groups just thrown together, but we received so much 1:1 time from everyone there it felt extremely private. It was a beautiful day. I’d give this 10 stars if I could.

5.00This small family winery serves incredibly delicious homemade food in quantities beyond compare. They help you make pizza in their wood-fired oven and feed you all sorts of food including fresh pasta and dessert with their six different wines - three reds, one rose and two whites. It was fun to taste the wines grown in Italia - a first for me.

5.00We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Cortecorbo Winery with Antonio and his mother Antonina. Everything was perfect from start to finish. We enjoyed a guided tour through the winery, a fantastic wine tasting, a hands-on pizza course, and a lovely dinner with the family. The food was traditional, authentic Italian cuisine, simple, fresh, and full of flavor. What made the experience truly special was how warm, friendly, and welcoming Antonio and Antonina were. It felt like being invited into a home rather than visiting a winery. And of course, we can’t forget Lucky, their cat, who added an extra bit of charm to the whole experience! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a genuine Italian wine and food experience.

5.00This is a must do! Enjoyed the wine & food. Wonderful experience. The drive is about an hour so beautiful scenery. Antonia was waiting for us. So much fresh & local food. We had blast making our individual pizza. Our driver Francesco was excellent & help with the translation. Highly recommend
