5.00A different tasting — and much more interesting than I expected. Contrary to what many people think, the Mozart experience does not revolve around tasting several different wines, but rather something much more curious: understanding how the same wine can completely change depending on the cup. And that, in practice, surprises. The driving is light and didactic, showing how shape, opening and even glass thickness influence aroma and taste perception. It’s the kind of experience that “opens the mind” — you leave paying more attention to details that previously went unnoticed. The staff is attentive, the environment is pleasant and everything is done with care. It is very worth it, especially for those who want to go beyond the basics and really better understand the world of wine.
