5.00This place was amazing. They have one seating a night that is just before sunset and the view was stunning. The food and wine were plentiful and delicious. Everything was just amazing. They even accommodated a non red met eater in our group.

5.00Absolutely amazing!! The booking said to come hungry and I’m glad we did. The food is amazing - traditional Cretan food prepared in traditional ways paired with a wine for each course. I can’t pick which course was my favorite. They were all just one better than the other. The view is just breathtaking and it seems the dinner start time is matched to watch the sunset. You have a communal meal with strangers that become friends by the end and you can see just how small the world is. We took a taxi which I definitely recommend. My only recommendation is I wish they would talk about the history of the location and the food.

5.00If you're in Crete, this is a MUST DO. This was our favorite experience of the entire trip, and one of my favorite dining experiences in my life. We loved every moment making connections, met the best people, had incredible food, and stayed chatting until 1AM. The food is insane and the dishes are unforgettable. Each dish is paired with 1-2 wines and you have about 14 wine pairings and liquors throughout the night. The waiter ( i forget his name), was great and answers any questions, is very attentive and joined us in conversation at the end of the night and we learned more about life in Crete. No matter how far you need to drive, you should make sure to book this dinner while you are there. We made new friends from all over the world, and even made connections to people back home in the USA who knew friends of friends or lived in towns near us. This dinner was a reminder of what food and traveling is all about: connection, eating well, and laughing all night. It was a great experience and one we will never forget.

5.00One table of 14, dinner timing aligned with sunset, tasting menu of traditional Cretan food, paired with lashing of Raki, Wine (sparking, white, rose, red and desert) and great detail provided by the lovely host/waiter. Great mix of nationalities and conversation. What’s not to like. It felt great value. Would totally recommend.

The setting is simply magical – peaceful, atmospheric, and the perfect place to truly unwind and enjoy the moment. The food was absolutely outstanding. Every dish was prepared with care, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. You can really taste the quality and passion in every bite. What made the experience even more special was the service. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. They go the extra mile to make your evening unforgettable. Without a doubt, this is a place I would return to. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Crete and looking for a unique and luxurious dining experience ✨

5.00Absolutely incredible evening at the Secret Gorge restaurant! Honestly we floated on happiness all night surrounded by stunning nature and in the company of 10 other fabulous travellers! Joseph and his family welcomed us to genuine warm Cretan hospitality and treated us to the BEST authentic local Cretan dishes and local wines! The entire dining experience far surpassed any expectation. Joseph a heartfelt thank you for providing us a once in a lifetime experience. A MUST DO in Crete!

5.00A wonderful evening in an almost magical location. Very good food and wine served in a never ending amount. A long table for 12 people where everyone was there to get a special experience, and we got it. High spirits and a very happy evening. Highly recommended.

5.00Wine tasting accompanied by local dishes together with 12 other guests on a social table overlooking a beautiful gorge a stone's throw from the sea. The location is beautiful at sunset, the company very pleasant, the wines mostly excellent (not all), the cuisine very good. A beautiful experience, not only food and wine: spending the evening in a beautiful place together with diners from all over the world is not every day.
