5.00Excellent experience at the CUV Saint-Michel that we discovered while in Bordeaux and through the use of a Box allowing us to taste 4 wines, with the objective of learning about the pairing between wines and cheeses. We enjoyed it. The oenologist was passionate and exciting and we learned a lot in two hours, with a hint of humor as a bonus. Go ahead, you'll have a good time!

3.00We are a little disappointed with our experience. Indeed, the price/quality ratio is quite poor. 4 bottles were divided between 12 people in a rather uneven way according to the guests. However, it would have been quite acceptable if the quality of the wines had been there; the Beaujolais (only red served that evening) at 12€ really did not convince anyone. However, the explanations were very interesting, some of the combinations were successful and the cheeses were very good!
