Salt Lake City

If you arrive at Salt Lake City Airport before 12:00 PM, where your tour guide pick you up. You will then be taken to the Great Salt Lake and the Salt Flats (approximately a 4-6hr tour), followed by a tour of Salt Lake City, seeing various sites in Salt Lake City, including but not limited to Temple Square, the Utah State Capitol, and the Beehive House. After this day of touring and enjoying all the sights and architecture offered in Salt Lake City, you will get to have dinner and relax at your hotel located right in Salt Lake City. If you arrive at Salt Lake City Airport after 12:00 PM, you will be taken directly to the Salt Lake City Hotel to rest. If it is too late to visit the attractions, we will not refund the fee. Temple Square

Temple Square is often seen as the heart of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (LDS), also known as the Mormons. Back in the late 1840s when LDS pioneers first reached Utah, they decided to build a temple that would be the center of their religious society. From there, the church grew outwards across Utah, then throughout the United States, and then throughout the world. Temple Square is still the headquarters for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints to this day, containing other historic buildings such as the Tabernacle, the Beehive House, and the Conference Center. You'll love observing the beautiful architecture of these buildings while learning about the history of these early pioneers.

Utah State Capitol

Modeled after the US Capitol Building in Washington DC, the Utah State Capitol Building is stunning. This brilliant piece of architecture is the center of government for all of Utah, containing the chambers for the Utah State Legislature, the chamber for the Utah Supreme Court, and the office for the Utah Governor. In addition to its important role as the seat of government for all of Utah, the Capitol Building also holds incredible pieces of artwork depicting the history of the state.

Antelope Island State Park

Located near Salt Lake City, Antelope Island is home to free-ranging bison, pronghorn (antelope), bighorn sheep, and many other desert animals. In addition to these larger animals, millions of birds line the shore offering unmatched bird watching opportunities. Here you also have amazing views of the Great Salt Lake and the opportunity to take a dip in the lake. (Depending on time, this attraction may be moved to the last day)

Hill Aerospace Museum

Hill Aerospace Museum is the perfect place to learn about the history of military airplanes in the US. Containing over 100 planes ranging from the World War I Curtiss JN-4D to the "stealth fighter" Lockheed F-117 Nighthawk, there is something here for everyone. In addition to military airplanes, you'll also have a chance to see other exhibits featuring the World War II American Indian Code Talkers and the Wright Flier. (Depending on time, this attraction may be moved to the last day)

American West Heritage Center

Here, you will discover what life in the West was like in the 1800s, joining costumed role-players in enjoying hands-on learning as you visit the mountain men encampments, pioneer cabins, and even a turn-of-the-century farm.

Bear Lake State Park

Due to its intense turquoise waters, Bear Lake state park is known as the Caribbean of the Rockies. It is a sight not to be missed! The deep lake changes colors to match the sky. In the nearby town of Garden City, you will want to try the legendary milkshakes and ice cream.

Jackson Hole

Jackson Hole is a quaint Western town in Wyoming known for its artwork and cowboys. Due to its proximity to numerous ski resorts and Grand Teton National Park, this lively town is a great stopping point. One of the most recognizable aspects of Jackson is the town square, where the four corners of the park are marked with arches made entirely out of antlers. Grand Teton National Park

Located in Northwestern Wyoming, be prepared for stunning mountain views and diverse wildlife. The Teton mountain range dominates the skyline rising to heights over 13,000 feet. Witness the range up close while exploring locations within the park such as Jenny Lake and Coulter Bay at Jackson Lake. During the summer, wildflowers paint the valley floor with rich vibrant colors. This area is a great place for photos to send home or post on your social media accounts.

National Elk Refuge

Most of the elk depart from the refuge in late April to go to their summer grazing grounds. Once the elk are gone, they leave a vast open landscape with incredible views of the plains and rolling hills of glacial outwash.

Grand Teton National Park

Continuation of Grand Teton tour. Guests will have the opportunity take a cruise on Jackson Lake, exploring the beautiful scenery all around. This cruise places you in the shadow of Mount Moran. As you take in the sights, the 10,000-year old glacial water flowing into Jackson Lake perhaps being the most prominent one, our knowledgeable guides will continue to brief you with the basics of the history and geology of the area. Yellowstone National Park

Spanning nearly 3,500 miles over 3 states, Yellowstone national park is one of the world's largest national parks. The park is home to nearly half of the world's thermal features. Additionally, see the only herd of bison dating to prehistoric times as well as bears, wolves and other animal life. Over the next few days we will visit the following 13 main attractions: 1. West Yellowstone

The town of West Yellowstone, Montana, is located just outside the West Entrance to Yellowstone National Park, is a year-round, family-friendly destination. Nestled among majestic mountain peaks, and surrounded by natural scenic wonders, the town is rich in history and activities. After arriving, you’ll be able to eat dinner and explore the town’s many gift shops. After, we’ll drop you off back at your hotel, giving you time to rest and prepare before the next day’s journey.

Yellowstone National Park

Continuation of Yellowstone tour. Due to unpredictable traffic conditions, some sites may need to be skipped.

Wild West Yellowstone Rodeo

After touring these destinations, the group will head over and experience the Wild West Yellowstone Rodeo((06/18 – 08/21) (Except Sunday & Monday): During a rodeo, cowboys and cowgirls put their skills to the test against legendary bulls, bucking broncs, crafty calves and hefty steers. These same cowboys and cowgirls compete in events such as bareback bronc riding, bull riding, steer wrestling, steer roping, saddle bronc riding, calf roping and barrel racing, to name but a few. The rodeo even has all the popular events including Bareback Bronc Riding, Barrel Racing, Bull Riding, Team Roping, Breakaway Roping, Saddle Bronc Riding. Once more, we’ll drop you off at your hotel, giving you time to rest and prepare before the next day’s journey. Note: If your itinerary date does not work with the schedule of the Wild West Yellowstone Rodeo, your tour will instead take you to Yellowstone Bear World in the morning the next day.

Idaho Falls

Located between Salt Lake City and Yellowstone National Park, Idaho Falls is the ideal stopping point to eat lunch and stretch your legs. While there, you’ll be able to check out the long man made waterfall that the town is named after.

Salt Lake City

After not only seeing, but also experiencing the breath-taking views, your group will travel back to Salt Lake City for the night. Enjoy the views of the mountains on the drive back into SLC.

Bryce Canyon National Park

From its beautiful pink and white cliffs to its thousands of hoodoos, Bryce Canyon National Park is sure to leave a powerful impression on you. This park features many incredible, easily accessible viewpoints that provide excellent locations to take photographs. For the more adventurous, your tour guide will take you down into the canyon along the Navajo-Queen’s Garden Trail, passing through breathtaking rock formations that took thousands of years to shape.

Kanab

The small town of Kanab is a common stopping point for visitors to Southwest Utah. Home to destinations such as The Wave and Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park, this is the perfect place to stop after a long day's journey.

Antelope Canyon

With the help of a knowledgeable Navajo guide, you’ll explore Antelope Canyon, a region well known for its picture-perfect landscapes. In fact, Antelope Canyon is one of the top ten destinations for photography in the world! *Due to time limitations, guests must choose between the Antelope Canyon tour and the Page Airplane tour. Following your booking, we'll reach out to confirm which of the two options you've selected.

Horseshoe Bend

Horseshoe Bend is a U-shaped turn of the Colorado River located near Page, Arizona. With only a 0.75 mile hike, you’ll reach a vista overlooking a 1000 foot drop, offering incredible views of this world-famous attraction.

Grand Canyon National Park

The Grand Canyon is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Arizona with an estimated 5.9 million people visiting yearly. This canyon was carved out of the surrounding rock by the Colorado River over a period of 6 million years, resulting in an astonishing panoramic view. Be sure to bring your camera for one of the wonders of the world!

Flagstaff

For the last leg of the day's journey, we’ll drive towards Flagstaff, Arizona which is perfectly situated between Sedona, Southern Utah, and Grand Canyon National Park. Located in one of the world's largest ponderosa pine forests, this city is the perfect place to relax after a long day's journey.

Montezuma Well National Monument

Named after the Aztec King Montezuma, Montezuma’s well is actually a Native American holy spot. Believed to be their version of the Garden of Eden, this water source has nearly 1.5 million gallons flowing through it. While here, go down next to the water and see a Native American cave dwelling.

Sedona

Nestled amongst towering red cliffs, Sedona is the perfect place to relax and observe the sunset. We’ll start by exploring the local landscape and hiking some of the beautiful trails outside of Sedona. Afterwards, we’ll return to Sedona and check out some of the beautiful architecture that the town has to offer, such as the Chapel of the Holy Cross, a brilliant structure built into the surrounding red rock.

Kanab

The small town of Kanab is a common stopping point for visitors to Southwest Utah. Home to destinations such as The Wave and Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park, this is the perfect place to stop after a long day's journey.

Zion National Park

Zion National Park offers gorgeous wind-sculpted canyons and hikes along incredible trails. This park has something for everyone: for those who would rather stay in the car, you will love the intricate patterns found on Checkerboard Mesa and Weeping Rock. For amateur hikers, you’ll enjoy the stunning views from the Canyon Overlook Trail and the Riverside Walk. For experienced hikers, you’ll have the choice to hike to either through the Narrows, or up to Angel's Landing. *Angel’s Landing now requires a permit to hike. We can enter the lottery for the next day, but it is not guaranteed that the permit will be acquired.

Mystic hot Springs

If you are returning to SLC, your tour guide will take you to Mystic hot springs in Monroe, Utah. There are 8 different places inside to soak. Make sure to bring your camera for pictures at this stunning location.

Las Vegas

If your destination is Las Vegas, your tour guide will take you to the Las Vegas strip and drop you off at the hotel of your choosing.

Salt Lake City

If SLC is your final destination, your tour guide will take you to the airport or hotel of your choosing.
