We will start off this class with a quick introduction to the method. The class will begin with a warm-up that will include dynamic stretches and mobility exercises, and then some combos to create some flow and body-mind connection. Following off with the main workout, which will always be full body and only body weight,. We will unlock your hips, build up upper and lower body strength, and strengthen the core. We will practice full-bodyweight training while we enhance our flexibility and body-mind connection.
