Kachemak Bay State Park
You'll be greeted by your captain and crew at the base of Ramp 2 where you will embark from the Homer Harbor and out onto the open water of Kachemak Bay and Kachemak Bay State Park. We will visit where the birds are best depending on the season and recent sightings, and always make sure to make a special stop at Gull Island, our famous Seabird Rookery, home to over 15,000 nesting seabirds. You could see tufted and horned puffins, black-legged kittiwakes, common murre's, cormorants, murrelets, oystercatchers, and more! Don't forget to check with your crew for any special requests, and we will do our best to accommodate!
