We had a great time, we were very lucky to have a fabulous tour guide Alexis who provided us with great history stories both factual and entertaining. It made the trip very memorable and would highly recommend this tour especially if you can get it with Alexis. Definitely one of the most memorable trips we have ever done

I had a terrific 4 days. Every day was packed full of stories, adventure & beautiful, awe inspiring locations. The tour guides (Alexis & Richard) were amazing and passionate and excited - making it very easy to enjoy the 4 day trip from start to finish. I loved the view from Sulphur Mountain (Banff Gondola) & the Glacier Face Plunge (at the Columbian Icefield)! I'll be sure to remember this trip for the rest of my life! Wow what a great time! This tour is a great pick for those who are wanting to get a lot done in a short period!

Saw amazing scenery in Banff, with lake louse and lake moraine. Also did jasper ice tour add in which I would recommend. Also got to see couple black bears

We just finished the Discover Canada tour and it was genuinely outstanding, largely because of the team: Alexis (Tour Director/Guide), Richard (Assistant), and Thomas (Driver). Alexis is exceptionally knowledgeable and clearly passionate about Canadian history, but what impressed us most was how well he delivered it—engaging, easy to follow, and perfectly paced for a group. Alexis stayed professional and organized throughout, handled timing smoothly, and made every stop feel more meaningful with helpful context (not just facts). One thing that really elevated the experience was the WhatsApp group created for the tour: clear daily agendas, reminders, links/ notes, meeting instructions, and curated food/ activity suggestions. It reduced confusion, kept communication consistent, and made the tour feel exceptionally well-run. Richard was a constant bright spot. Always friendly, approachable, and proactive—helping with the little things before you even had to ask. Richard’s chill attitude and humor helped bring the group together and made the tour feel welcoming and fun. Thomas was an excellent driver: steady, safe, and calm on mountain roads, with a clear focus on guest comfort. We really appreciated the extra stops when possible and how helpful Thomas was day to day—his reliability made the entire trip run better. If you’re considering this tour, I highly recommend it—and if you get this trio, you’re in great hands.

Our four day Canadian Rockies tour with was an unforgettable experience. Traveling with my family made the journey even more special as we explored the breathtaking beauty of Banff and Jasper. Ryan is an amazing guide who shared interesting stories, local knowledge, and made sure everyone had a great time throughout the trip. Mike is a fantastic driver who made us feel safe and comfortable while navigating the beautiful mountain roads. From the stunning landscapes to the memorable stops along the way of our funny little group, every moment was filled with fun, adventure, and beautiful memories that my family and I will cherish forever.

The tour guide Alexis and bus driver Charles were excellent, the accommodation was great, however the bus was not so comfortable the seat belt dug into you, nothing on back of seats to store personal items . The air conditioner was a problem as there was no individual vent above you just a central vent in the roof of the bus. We would have preferred less time on the bus and more time at the accommodation destinations as we had very little time to enjoy the facilities offered. Every thing we saw was amazing the scenery is fabulous. Again trip was made fantastic by Alexis and Charles.
