To be a luxury tour leaves much to be desired. Bad organization. The cultural quality of the guide drops and her Capacity (in covers) as a tour driver is very limited. Lots of free time. Hotel in Cortina uploading an upgrade was bad. It wasn't a small group like they said.

This tour is a great way to see the Dolomites if you don’t want to hike or drive. Matilda was an awesome tour guide. She was very professional the whole trip even though she had to deal with a few very nasty members of the tour group. She tried to accommodate everyone and made sure we got to see as much as possible, adding in extra stops and tailoring the itinerary to make sure we got the most out of the trip. Elio, our bus driver, was also phenomenal and navigated the windy roads like a master. There is a lot of bus time in the tour so if you’re a hiker, this probably isn’t for you. If you have limited time and want to see as much of the Dolomites as possible, this is a great option! Thanks so much Matilda and Elio for an awesome experience!

We loved our time spent in the Dolomites but were disappointed in the long stops not in the mountains, resulting in arriving at hotels after sunset and not being able to explore those locations. The driver was excellent (safe and friendly), but the guide provided very little information as we traveled through the various areas.

I was 1 of 4 people, the only english speaking, hearing impaired so felt a bit isolated. Guide did his best however the accented Italian was also a struggle to understand.

It is worth every euro, Thoroughly recommend this tour. Our leader Gustavo and our bus driver Francesco were exceptional, helpful, friendly, punctual and more. The sights we saw were out of this world (even though some how they are in this world!) We saw lakes, mountains, rivers, quaint little towns/ villages and more! Our group only had 9 people which meant we were able to bond with everyone fairly quickly and easily. Felt like a little family for a few days. A lovely lunch with drinks was supplied, Hotels were exceptional and central. Suitable for all ages! I was travelling with my granddaughter and she loved it. The driving was amazing. We never felt unsafe even though the roads were very windy and steep. Our tour guide Gustavo was informative in all languages that he spoke (Spanish, English and Italian) We just want to say thank you ever so much for this beautiful trip!

Wonderful trip to see many towns along the way to Cortina and Bolzano. Enjoyed all the mountain passes with spectacular views. Saw a few lakes but Lake Carreza was the most beautiful of all with unreal colours. Accommodation was perfect. Couldn’t have done this solo. Highly recommended.

The Dolomites were amazing. We did not get a tour guide. The driver did a great job but his English was very poor and the information provided was very basic. Sometimes we had little direction/times pertaining to our stop. The tour was in 90% Spanish even though we had 4 out of 7 English speaking. Lucky the other Spanish participants translated for us but even then we mostly used google to educate ourselves of the attraction and area. The accomodation was great, breakfasts good. I would have liked a tour guide which I thought I was getting and recommendations at least of what to do, where to eat at each stop. Frustrated and disappointed at times. This tour included a driver and accomodation. It had the potential to be so much more. We would be hesitant to recommend to others.

Alessandro was an excellent guide. The tour was wonderful!!! Cortina was a beautiful little town. Most things were closed till June 1st, so it wasn’t crowded. The day trip to Verona was great. Then the next stop, Balzano was perfect. Excellent weather! All in all, I would recommend this tour highly!

We loved this tour on many fronts. Our guide, Luigi, was superb! He was informative, funny, and sensitive to our needs, Claudio, our driver instilled confidence with his skillfulness. A four-day itinerary was the perfect amount of time allowing for mountain and lake views. Also, our visits to small village was a bonus. Limiting the number of patrons to 15 is brilliant making the trip more efficient. Date of trip: August 29 Passengers: Robert and Bettye Wieczorek
