This buggy experience takes you beyond the main roads of Hvar, through quiet villages, scenic coastal roads and off-the-beaten-path routes with panoramic viewpoints overlooking the Adriatic. It combines light off-road driving with scenic exploration, with plenty of opportunities to stop, take photos and enjoy the landscape.
This is a self-guided experience, not a guided or group tour. You drive the buggy independently, with a suggested route provided for inspiration, but you are free to explore any locations at your own pace.
Each booking includes one buggy for four people with flexible rental duration. Backed by over 10 years of local experience, our vehicles are modern, regularly serviced and carefully maintained to ensure a safe, smooth and reliable ride. Clear instructions are provided so everything is simple, professional and hassle-free from start to finish.

What To Expect
Tvrdava Fortica
The Spanish Fort overlooks Hvar Town and provides wide views over the harbor and surrounding islands. Upon arrival, you can park the buggy nearby and explore the fort at your own pace. Visitors can walk along the historic walls and learn more about its important defensive role in protecting the town.
Malo Grablje
Malo Grablje is an abandoned stone village located a short drive from Hvar Town. Once a small farming settlement, it was gradually deserted in the 20th century as residents moved closer to the coast. Today, its empty stone houses and narrow paths create a quiet and atmospheric setting, offering a glimpse into Hvar’s rural past. It is a unique stop for walking, exploring, and taking photos away from the busy seaside areas.

5.00I did a bunch of research on where to book an ATV for the day to explore Hvar and ended up landing on Real Hvar because of their incredible customer service from the get-go. I inquired with some questions and they got back to me right away + helped me book the best ATV for our plan. Check in and check out was a breeze and we had it all day! They even gave us a map to follow that led us all around the island and told us where to stop - it was seriously so much fun and we would 1000% book with them again!!!

5.00My family of 4 had some time to kill between checking out from our lodging and taking a late afternoon ferry so we decided to rent a buggy. It was so much fun! I wish we had more time because we didn’t make it to all the recommended stops. However, we did see quite a lot and had lunch in Stari Grad. Picking it up and getting started was super easy as well as the drop off. Highly recommend!

5.00Exceptional customer service from a very friendly lady at the front desk, she gave us stunning recommendations of places to go on our day in Hvar. There was a helpful man who picked out at bike to suit us as a couple, he explained the workings of the bike and how to use it appropriately. Lastly, we contacted the company out of hours, due to a ferry we previously booked for the following day. They replied swiftly in the evening, to help us make the early morning ferry. I would highly recommend this company and we thank all staff that have supported and helped us. Thank you. Alex

5.00If you get the chance to use Real Hvar, please do so! Christian and his colleague could not have been more accommodating. When we exained our rough idea of the route we would take, he filled in all of the spots that we should see. His suggestions were fantastic and we would surely have missed some of them as mere tourists. Their equipment is all very well maintained and we had a fantastic day getting to parts of Hvar Island that most tourists never get to see.

5.00Team of Real Hvar is real example of passion. Starting from beggining - lady who was at reception desk (sorry I don’t know lady’s name) was supportive in our scooter trip, she recommended good places to see based on our „wishes”, she was super nice and patient. Kristian and Ante these guys are really helpful, patient and take care about customer. I know that renting a scooter in holiday destination is not relationship for ever and business has to run but these two guys are super friendly, explained everything about scooter, advised where to go etc. so you can feel fully satisfied with service offered by Real Hvar. I really recommend this company for your holiday moto-experiences on Hvar.

5.00We were lucky to rent a brand new scooter via Real Hvar! The scooter felt sooo safe and comfortable and made it possible to easily see a lot of the island. The very friendly lady at the desk gave us a map of the island and gave plenty of tips on where to go to, where to eat and what to do/see. Absolutely recommend booking via Real Hvar!

5.00Great experience overall. Kristian was really friendly and the guide gave us some really nice tips on where to go on the island. I ended up having a small fall with the motorcycle, which caused minor aesthetic damages on the bike. Krsitjan was extremely nice and was more worried about my overall health than the damages on the scooter. Really nice experience overall, if you're renting a scooter in Hvar, I can fully recommend doing it with them.
