What To Expect
We bring the boards, you bring the body and together we will flow through a beautiful beginner friendly SUP Yoga class while floating on the clear, calm waters of Pensacola Beach, Florida. Our paddle board yoga classes will start with calming stretches and breath work followed by a fun flow personally tailored to each group based on experience and vibe! Instructors have over a decade of teaching paddle boarding and yogo so even if you've never done yoga and have never stood on a board, you will be stoked on how easy (while also challenging) it is to enjoy this class with family and friends. Great for bachelorette parties, families, friends, and every thing in between!

5.00We had a group of 5 girls between the ages of 13 years old and 63 years old (all at different fitness levels) and booked a Pilates session on paddle boards.. it was SO MUCH FUN and a great workout for all of us!! The instructor, Eva, was fabulous and so sweet! We’d all recommend this to friends and family in a heartbeat!
