This 45-minute class takes place on paddleboards, blending full-body exercises with core-strengthening movements, all set to upbeat music. Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast or a beginner, modifications ensure that everyone can participate comfortably. Class flows from a gentle warm-up to an engaging workout, and ends with stretches, all while enjoying the serenity of being on Lake LBJ. Classes are designed to meet individual needs, making it an inclusive environment for all participants. No paddleboard experience required. Ages 13+ and must be comfortable in and around open water.

What To Expect
What to expect at your Board & Body Class: Board & Body classes offer an encouraging and welcoming atmosphere for all levels of fitness. Our format is set to upbeat music and moves at a moderate pace, with modifications and alternatives offered throughout. Participants must have the ability to sit, kneel and stand comfortably. Note: Although life jackets are provided, wearing them is not required. Please do not attend any Board & Body class if you are not skilled in and around open water. No lifeguards are on duty.
